Owner asked for our IDs, after we gave it to her, she said that she would have to call the police to confirm our IDs were real. After the police were called and the IDs were confirmed to be real, they then asked us to leave as they no longer wanted to serve us. After this experience, I will never go to another buffalo wild wings. The owner could have just admitted she was wrong, instead she kicked us out when we were right. Unreal. Thanks for the great service guys.
Such a bad experience we had yesterday. So called "manager" Jana, she doesn't not know how to treat her customers same. After ordering our food we had to walk away from there. I thought managers should be a good example for the employees. This lady should get training from her waitress how to treat their customers. Please have her get trained by those girls. The waitress has better manners than this lady. I wish there were a negative star here.
I'm giving a 3 star for the management not the service . We got there only to wait 15 min to be seated, they had two girls running around serving and bartending and cleaning there own tables. We had a really nice girl we believe her name was Celeste. I'm not sure if she was management, but she definitely deserves the title. Celeste was bartending or at least behind the bar and both those girls who served were running around. I'm a very patient person, but the 10 dudes behind us were not and I felt sorry for the girls and some food runners.I've worked in serving before and the food runners brought out two wrong orders to us, not there fualt . Management was know where ! (Unless Celeste was it cause she had her head on her shoulders). If it wasn't our server then the manager really needs to step up there game and get off there high horse and help there poor kids out, half don't even look like they hit 20 and we're probably really stressed .Wings game dry so much I ate a desert and the the chx sandwich had no sauce but Celeste was so attentive to all her tables she got it for usWe had some other serves give us the napkins and silver wear I wish I got the other girls names because they really need to be praised for working above there manager .We come here because we're patient people and it's lively. I hope we tipped our server well, definitely over 25%. She deserved it.
Is usually the food is always good. But recently, (twice to be exact) for some odd reason. Iv been getting undercooked wings. Unfortunate. But beside that the people and service are great still and no complaints.
Ordered two kinds of boneless wings via takeout. The Asian Zing wings were absolutely swimming in sauce to the point that some wings were fully submerged in the sauce and the sauce was all over the box and the inside of the bag, dripping everywhere.The other batch of wings were supposed to be just regular Buffalo wings with Buffalo sauce. This batch had no sauce, but rather some sort of powder just haphazardly tossed on them. They were terrible. The photos are of the “Buffalo” wings.
Food was delicious. Service was excellent. Restaurant was very clean. We had not been to this restaurant in 3 years because of food and service issues. It was a nice to see things have changed for the better.
Took a while to be seated (not because of a line, moreso that no one was at the host station for a few station). Food came out in waves, (for our main course), not all together. Put in a booth that was fixed with black tape.
The servers are very friendly
Nicole was fabulous! She was very informative with the menu options and always ensured we have the most adequate experience possible! All employees should project her customer service skills!
Their food is excellent, however ordering on web goofed up my time. I will visit again. Delivery was accurate.
