Absolutely love this food our waiter Leldon was very kind and respectful he is great at his job. We ordered the salmon piccata, the fried ravioli, pepperoni pizza, and pork Marsala. The food was hot and tasted delicious. What most surprised me was the drinks we had the blueberry lemonade, the strawberry lemonade, and the cherry basil limeade (the best drink by far) they all managed to combine already loved flavors in different drinks into an amazing assortment of delicious beverages. The atmosphere is welcoming and it doesn’t feel to crowded the talking and the music add to the ambiance. I would highly recommend this restaurant for anyone craving authentic Italian food it is great for families and gatherings and even just a party of one. The food is priced reasonably considering the authenticity and the general taste of the food and drink I will be returning.
Hosted my daughter’s Bridal Shower at Biaggi’s this past weekend and I couldn’t have been happier! Their party room was perfect for the occasion and fun to decorate with our own special touches. The food was delicious and the staff was attentive and a pleasure to work with.I would definitely use them for a party again if the need arises. Alyssa, Trish, Cara, and Maribel made our party a huge success…thank you!
A delicious red Sangria got us started while we perused the menu. We had four different flavors of Bruschetta (all very good), then moved on to entrees of Baked Ziti Al Forno, Chicken & Sausage Vesuvio, Half & Half Salad/Sandwich and Pizza. They were all so good that we couldn't decide which was the best. We were fortunate enough to get Hannah as our server and found that our excellent meal got elevated to an outstanding dining experience. Hannah (who may also answer to Brianna) was friendly, intelligent, attentive and had a beautiful smile. We look forward to our next visit.

Sorry guys but services is terribly. We have a reservation for 6.15pm. We have 8pm now and still waiting for food.For drinks we been waiting like 30 min.Never again!Cant understand how they get so many good reviews. No refill water.Food not impressed. Steak come rare instead well done ?
Service was horrible!!! Took my daughter for her 18th birthday dinner, her 1st time. 10 minutes before the boy came to ask us drinks. Second, the drink was disgusting. Italian strawberry cream soda. Made me sick to my stomach. Kid was so nervous he spilled my daughter's drink twice all over the table. The blonde at the front was rude when I told her we had no reservations as her tone showed. Warm bread with onions in it was a huge surprise especially if someone is allergic or hates them like my daughter. Menu was very small...mostly wine. No soup or salad with your dinner neither was a shock. Alfredo wasn't all that. Woodfire was way better. Never again.
The food was good. The attention of our server .. was hard to keep. I understand having people run your food when your busy. Help is fine. But she continued to go into whatever the office is in the front, and be MIA the rest of the time. We get you may be closing, but we've been here for 2+ hours due to your lack of attention. I had also mentioned it was my boyfriend's mother's birthday.. that day. She commented about putting a candle in her dessert.. then did nothing of the sort. So sorry to bother you. For a $200+ meal, I think you'd be doing more for a tip these days? The restaurant was .. close to empty. Do better.
Been here multiple times. It's a better Italian chain. Food and service has always been good. What I'd expect from going to a good local Italian eatery but actually delivered by corporate. Would pick them over olive garden any day of the week.

My wife and I visited Biaggis for the first time this evening and were very surprised and disappointed with the service we received. The restaurant was busy during dinner time so we expected a wait but were seated right away. That was about when the good service stopped unfortunately. We then waited for 20 minutes with many servers walking past us without as much as a “hello” or water provided. I brought this to the hostesses attention and was told she would send our server over right away. We waited for another 15 minutes and didn’t receive any service from that point on and decided to leave. I understand when restaurants are busy and understaffed but 35 minutes goes by with multiple servers just ignoring us? Not acceptable.
