I ordered a bundle meal and whoever does the ranch needs to be fired or get a hair cap because I found little bits of hair on two ranch sides. I'm disgusted

Cajun fries are amazing. Sadly that's the only good thing that came with my order. Had asked for Cajun on me tenders as well and received them swimming in I kid you not a pool of the buffalo sauce. It's sad to see good food be ruined by certain things. Not going back.
It took 40 minutes for my pick up which I waited there because wings apparently take more then 10 minutes to fry, I asked for my wings to be well done which they didn’t they charge me for drinks which I didn’t buy and on top of it I had to remind the cashier to charge me since she forgot that too. I hate over size wings that are not fully cooked I got 4 different flavors and they threw it all together. First time buying there and last I highly don’t recommend this place at all.
Order to pick up and still hade to wait 15minutes and food was just warm and order was messed up didn’t get the wings I even order and sauce was leaking out and wings seemed just crammed in to the smallest container.
Wingstop typically has good food.The management in Addison is embarrassing. They can't get an order out the door on time and they consistently forget items in the order.Do yourself a favor and make the extra walk to other stores.
My experience was awful. They literally tried to hand me a bag that was dripping with water and asked would I like them to repackage it. To make it worse my food was cold and old. Blue cheese smelled awful and old. Go to the one in Villa park . This one ain’t it.
We had a simple order and it took 25 min to get it. Thank goodness the food was good because that was the only pleasant experience we had.
My order always come out correctly, never missing any sauces or drinks, takes the amount of time they say they will take or less! Staff always friendly, even when busy I still have a good experience here!
My first and unfortunately last time when I ordered from wing stop. Greasy, hard and not good at all. Sorry guys but you didn't do a good job. Boneless chicken wings $0.60 each
