Unfortunately I need to leave a less than glowing review. It’s been several times I order and they mix up not only the sauces but order accuracy and poor customer service when addressing the either wrong sauces and or missing items and other instructions rested with original orders. I’ve tried giving this franchise aChance due to proximity but I am not wasting money especially if they can’t bother to value order accuracy and minimal customer service.
Placed a large order for delivery.After an hour we call to check on the order (like, where is it already. How long does it take to microwave a couple of wings).They said they gave it to someone who claimed to be with DoorDash.Really....did you confirm he was with DoorDash and not some random dude? No, because the workers are lazy and incompetent.Here's the kicker, they wouldn't redo the order or refund our money.So if I go into a restaurant, eat and don't pay, that's a crime.But if I order food, pay for it and don't get the food, somehow that's ok????They stole from me.AVOID THIS PLACE. Eat somewhere that has people who have brains, these people are worthless. Not sure how the people who work there get thru their day. Who knows, maybe they have help from someone who can think.The good news is I don't ever have to go there again.Good luck lasting with this type of service....
Incredibly nice staff!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They made sure my father and I were served quickly and corrected a small error lightning quick at no charge, With smiles on their faces!! Amazing staff, great food! Thank you!!!
TERRIBLE service. Wrong items were delivered, and when we called I spent 30 minutes on the phone as they tried to find my order. Then proceeded to tell me that the boneless wings weren’t wings but tenders at that location but he can find the biggest pieces and send another order. I asked for a refund. Never going here again.
This is probably the worst Wingstop franchise in the Chicagoland suburbs. The workers are rude, they are dirty and work without gloves, and they jabber on their cellphones and earpieces loudly while ignoring you at the counter. Places like this really make me wish Wingstop just had company owned restaurants. Placed an online order 20 minutes before I arrived, and they started it when I got their.... And the place was dead.And they are not properly wearing masks during a spike in the pandemic while making our food.
Friendly service, Wingstop is better than Bdubs.Tasty wings, thighs, etc.
Do not eat here! I ordered veggie sticks and Buffalo ranch fries and a couple hours later after finishing maybe half of it, I was throwing up all night. Don’t eat here or you will get food poisoning!
Long wait time for an order but were nice enough to give me a discount.
I ordered a bundle meal and whoever does the ranch needs to be fired or get a hair cap because I found little bits of hair on two ranch sides. I'm disgusted
Cajun fries are amazing. Sadly that's the only good thing that came with my order. Had asked for Cajun on me tenders as well and received them swimming in I kid you not a pool of the buffalo sauce. It's sad to see good food be ruined by certain things. Not going back.
