The worst place to ever be, they just don't care for how long you've been waiting for. They are in their own world of dreams. The staff is so rude that they don't even check on you. Taco bell franchise must take a look at such places before they ruin their name.
Cashier Aide s doesn't like to listen to his customers when they specifically say soft beef taco everything on it. He kept saying only beef? Ok plain. Hard shell? Like he was purposely trying to be a menace. I understand it's only taco bell. Got to the window and he was smirking...Why inconvenience the customer over 4 flipping tacos? Won't be back to this taco bell ever.
I mean, it's Taco Bell. This particular one has never messed up our order so it's already a step above your typical Taco Bell experience.

Went drive through this time was in and out in minutes. Friendly and courteous the entire visit. This Monday about 3 pm.

The girl who took my order and money at the drive thru tonight, Emily I think her name was, was super amicable and pleasant. My order was accurate, cheap, hot and delicious. The team who was working really cranked out the orders too because when I came, the line was wrapped around the building. I was in the line for no longer for 5 minutes, order taking and all . I think that was great considering how busy it was. It could have been worse. I appreciated the service I was given tonight. Because of that, I'd come again.
Ordered on the app which is not user friendly. You cannot order any of the toppings on the side. Your only choice to customize is the toppings are on or off period. You can’t order your drink with no ice either. The Addison location is a nightmare the employees were so rude and they screwed up our order even though they get a printed order with which toppings not to put on. Also our order was missing one of the items also on their print out. Will never go back to Addison Location
