Very cool place to watch your favorite sports team while getting a bite to eat. Large seating area outside with tv sets. Interior is set up to seat as many customers as possible with TV's in every direction. Food that we ordered was ok. The menu is pretty long.
Fried pickles were decent, don’t care for tempura batter. The server had no menu knowledge because I asked was it flour or tempura… Anyway the Buffalo Chicken Flatbread was ok,crust was soggy. Can pour a mean drank tho!
Very disappointing experience. We called ahead several days in advance! There were going to be 20 of us. We arrived to complete disarray. The restaurant was not crowded. It took over an hour to get our drink orders in and after another 35 minutes we were informed that food would take another hour!Despite seeing multiple servers serving other tables that had come in well after us. I had to leave, almost two hours with one drink and no food was too much for me. Several other people ended up leaving with no food. Servers were walking around in complete confusion and couldn't figure out how to break a $20 bill so I could pay for my drink for 10 minutes!Management should be ashamed of themselves. They had a lot of staff, that was not the issue! Had they been very shorthanded, we would have been more than understanding. They were not.We will definitely not be planning another outing at Shoeless Joe's.
Most of the food was good. Jambalaya was a winner. Unfortunately, the service was some of the worst! You would think a table with over $200 bill would have had a better experience. The manager was made aware of our issues of waiting 25 min for drinks and appetizers off the bat. A shame it never improved. Kids not receiving drinks ordered. Drinks not refreshed. It wasn't until home am I realizing the kids never were given or offered their ice cream that is supposed to be included with their meal. Service being so slow, kids were able to finish a Disney movie. Highly disappointed. Even though the food was good when it FINALLY arrived. I would never recommend. I politely shared our issues and got no change.
Came here after the lack of service else where. Best decision ever! Greeted happily from host before the door closed behind us, server at the table before I can take my coat off, food was hot and delicious!!!! Plus they have a beautiful rooftop area for the summer. Service was top notch along with food. THANK YOU!!!!!
Service and food were pretty bad I normally don’t like having all my dirty dishes piled around me while I conversate with my friends and family

Went for lunch to the Addison Location. Very nice. Good selection on their menu. A lot to choose from. I had the Rib Eye steak sandwich with side of Cole slaw. Also had 2 appetizers the bruschetta and the spinach/artichoke dip. Both very good. We had 5 in our party and seemed that everybody liked what they ordered. Will definitely go back. Well worth it.
My friend and I love this place !Lots of big TVs to watch all sports! We were watching Golf and auto racing and the Blackhawks all at the same time!The food is amazing I had the chopped salad and it was huge ! I took half of it home for lunch the next day !And the bartenders were simply outstanding!This is a keeper in my book !Earl
This is one of my all-time favorite shot-n-beer joints. Great staff, wide selection of cold beers, full menu and a great kitchen to execute it. Can't wait to see the finished expansion...and can we talk about the name? Is this not the perfect name for a neighborhood joint built for regulars? Love it here.
