Best service hands down! I accidentally ordered at their store which is 30mins from my hometown without realizing it. I called the store, talked to Dennis the manager, told him my situation and he immediately offered a solution. He drove 30 minutes just to bring my order to my front door! I can’t thank him enough for doing that! Amazing service, amazing staff, and amazing manager! Thank you!!
Okay so the pizza is good ! Nice , thank you to cooking staff and who ever made these recipes. However, on three seperate occasions same girl who takes my order says she doesnt have it or doesnt save my info properly. last time they closed early with my pizza still inside!! Had to knock on window so staff would let me in. Register girl was already gone... Someone else had to attend me. More training maybe needed... idk. Fix it. thank you.
Such a nice owner he even stayed late to take my order. Truly great staff and delicious pizza. Best I've ever had.

We ordered food for work @ Discovery Clothing. Great customer service from the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. Very efficient! Definitely would order from there again.
I'm in Bloomingdale but I always order from the Addison location. They are so much better. Polite, fast, hot food and reasonable prices.

Horrible experience! I always would order from here. Pizza from here is usually so delicious BUT the last time we ordered..the pizza smelled ROTTEN and tasted like spoiled. My sister got food poising from taking a bite! I called to get a refund could not get a manager on the phone so I had to just dispute the charge with my bank when they could've easily refunded me for this. I won't ever be going back here again. HORRIBLE!!!!!!!!!!!
I have noticed that there must have been a change in ownership at this location. Ordered pizza and wings, the pizza was ehhh and the wings looked like bat wings. Never have I seen such poorly butchered wings from a Rosatis location. They looked unlike any wings I have had, needless to say I threw them out!I would stay away from this location until they tighten up!
