Wasn't as bad as the first time I was there. Better service and very kind customer service.
Cashiers are very rude, I walk in and nobody said hi how can I help you or may I take your order. Instead she stared at me and got near her cash register and look at me like when are going to start speaking. My order had to be prepared because I orders tender and they did not have enough for my order. She took my order. And 10 minutes later the cook, cook the tenders. She did not bother to thank me or invite me back.
Great experience at this Popeyes. Very good food, nice and fresh. Silvia helped us out and was very nice and made sure that we were happy. Definitely coming to this Popeyes when I want some quality chicken and service.
Absolutely disgusting! Came here at 4pm on a Tuesday. Not one other person in the drive thru or inside. Chicken sandwiches were soggy in their paper and sauce was dried and crusted like it was days old under the heat lamp and no pickles. Will never return!

I gotta say, I would drive to this specific Popeyes because of the quality of service here. The people who work here does their job and go another mile to keep customers the happiest. I love any popeyes but I had experience some other place with servers who are just not happy to be there.But this popeyes, it has a place in my heart. Plus for some reason the mac&cheese being served here is extra delish. Idk what it is different. But it's gotta be because it was made by awesome and exceptional staff!Thank you popeyes at Addison, IL.

Spicy chicken love itSpicy chicken with the new hot sauce. Well the hot sauce is not hot and takes away from Spicy chicken. Sorry. If u are going to make a hot sauce... make it hot.
Great service. I forgot my wallet and they accepted Apple Pay. Food was hot and fresh and delicious. They had the new Megan Thee Stallion hottie sauce which was great. Definitely recommend visiting this Popeye's over others in the area.
Never paid me my check and the general manager Monica even stoped gettting my messages think she blocked my number and joe seemed to help but kept saying re apply online like that makes a difference when they could have wrote it in check they owe me more then a thousand
