This McDonald’s is ALWAYS an issue, I’ve waited 30 minutes for one McChicken before with only 4 cars in front of me. When it’s busy don’t even bother trying, it’ll turn into a 30 car pile up. And it’s not even a lack of staff either, they’ll have a full staff working yet each order takes 20 minutes… is there a dance party going on inside? But the worst thing is when I pulled to the drive through today and they straight up refused to even speak to me, I pulled up to the speaker and it was silence. Looked to the right of me and they were continuing to let other cars order and get into line, so I start asking if anyone is there, no one… so I decide to go back around and try the speaker that was taking everyone else’s order and then it happens again.. no one speaking to me. Either they need brand new staff who know what they’re doing, or something. Because this is by far the worst McDonald’s staff I’ve seen.
This location is by far the worst I think corporate needs to get involved with them you go there they randomly closed but yet there’s signs and stuff three other hours you request your food they can’t make it right you got a bunch of hooligans working in there swearing using racial slurs with one another. Yet there you request to make $20 an hour or better but they’re doing a five dollar an hour job you order your sandwich away and it looks like a two-year-old made it the food comes out cold to the point that the cheese ain’t even melted what is the manager doing at this location play sneeze just close the doors and be done
The swift manager told us this stores going to closed to future notices this happens today 03/26/2022 9:30 pm and that why they don’t service food even through the app of the McDonald’s so sad i hope they open soon again
By far the worst experience ever pulled up to order by the time I got to my second item the person was making fun of me and making racial remarks and then he went away pulled up to the window and there was two Hispanic male and female at the window and the person that I was talking to that was being rude was in the back note the two Hispanic people one of them were the manager and all three of them started to laugh at me didn’t even get to order any food for my kids a rate this McDonald’s one of the worst in the world if you want to go be made fun of make sure you go here and also whoever is managing this location should be fired as well poor very poor horrible service do not recommendAnd to be very clear if manager or people involved in this innocent is reading this message just know that I have spent a lot of money at that location and I have probably been feeding use for a very long time don’t take for granted the food that I put in your mouth
Take my Grandaughter there for a after-school dinner once a week at least. The service is good, the food (chicken nuggets) she loves them. My favorite is the 1.00 drinks! They have the Shamrock shake all ready, yum!
No signs, door says come on in. Lobby locked at 3 o'clock likes it is 2019 again. If you would like to wash your hands and not eat in your car. Keep going.
Super fast drive thru. Was a lil crowed but the line went fast. Also team members was very polite.
I know that right now there is a lot of new workers or that maybe there might not even be enough workers, but this literally made me gag as I got to the middle of my order today. This isn't even the first time it's happened to me. Both patties were very pink in the middle It's too cold to be going back and forth and requesting something be done about this. You can see in a lot of reviews now too for this specific McDonald's people arent happy. I don't think I'll be coming back, I'll make the drive to the one in Saint Charles even though the tax there is higher.
Late night drive through experience pretty bad. Only TWO items available on menu when I arrived: nuggets and fries.I placed my order, it was ready surprisingly fast (probably because it was only nuggets and fries). Typically you have to wait here around 20 minutes to get anything. They only gave me one sauce and no napkins, so I came back around. Lady at the drive through sounded annoyed that I was back. Their intercom sucks too because she couldn’t hear what I was saying so I had to yell. Fries were lukewarm and tasted bitter.
Pre order 1 Big Mac on the app, only to wait 15 minutes and leave empty handed. Lady on the drive thru window has attitude needs to find a new job. Avoid this location, spend your money elsewhere.
