They have the worst customer service, at the beginning they didn’t find my order , it was online !And later the pizza it was so dry and I called to make a complaint and the girl just told me to bring the pizza and the receipt, I told her that I live 1 hour ago and just said that she can’t do anything about itSo I waste 6 dlls on a classic Italian sausage pizza.Bad service ????
Super busy place! It's Little Caesar's so the pizza is OK, can't beat the pricing and the hot and ready though. I came for the Batman calzone which was pretty good. The calzone part was delicious,the pizza part was alright. Crazy bread is always a hit.
I come to buy pizza the lady on the window so rude tells me she can only sell me sausage pizza I’m like no that’s not what I want well that’s all they have I’m like can I order pepperoni she closes the window then comes back 5 minutes later to tell me I would have to wait more than 30 minutes. Also if you are working in the front you should have your employees wear their hair up and not in sweatpants it looks really bad. Maybe have them be a little more nicer and not answer like people are asking for free pizza.
Terrible service placed order online because of a promotion didn't receive the promotion went to pick up the pizza it wasn't ready. Asked to speak to manager twice he or she sends another employees asked for refund they refused and told me to call corporate. If I could give them 0 stars I would don't come to this place
I went to make a quick run to pick up my teens some pizza…I ask for 3 large pepperoni pizzas…this is Little Caesar’s. I’m told they only have 1 ready. Ok no biggie how long to wait. Oh well I can only sell you 2’s. So you can only sell me pizza by 2’s?!? Fine give me 4! No I can only sell you 2 and I only have one ready. So let’s not acknowledge I was willing to wait but then you are going to set a limit? Especially when it wasn’t like I was asking for 10 on the spot just 3 of LITTLE CAESARS PIZZAS!! The worker was checking her watch and kind you this wasn’t closing time or close to it but ok. Beyond rude and ridiculous. Will never ever ever go here again and I wish I could’ve given them 0 stars because they have terrible service and can be hit or miss with whether or not they are even good.

Pizza size shrank by like 2" and the cost is $6.99. I walked in and 3 managers were standing around, couldn't be bothered to acknowledge my presence during their 7pm "manager meeting" even though they were making eye contact with me, they ignored me.Despicable, rude customer service and a deteriorating product at an escalated, advantageous price. I will never go back.You could just go to Domino's, or Aldi sells a fantastic Pizza that's twice the size for less money- I get it all the time, it's so good and filling! Never again with this place.
No nice people they don't care..they treat very bad the customers the guy in drive thru said get closer and there is a whole can damage your car... And he says if I can't park your car right then come inside.. my kids were hungry and I have the money to pay the pizza but I am not going to beg for a piece of pizza . Please respect the customers even if you have a bad day and I told him you know what forget it.. don't confuse my kindness like a weakness
This store was the busiest I have ever seen a little Caesar's. There were 4 people waiting inside to get their orders, and atleast 6 vehicles in the drive through. The gentleman running the store was doing a phenomenal job. He was running the front while his dad was running the back. That was their staff. Each order was atleast 2-3 pizza. Thats 20+ pizzas, plus breads and other sides I saw them send out the door in less then 10 minutes. I wish I could remember his name because he truely deserves the recognition. I was the last customers out of a group of 5 to get my order inside. I made sure I told him to take a breath and that he was doing an amazing job.
Ordered 2 calzone pizzas with 4 orders of bread sticks. I was charged for extra butter, extra cheese. I'm bothered that I'm charged for the extra ingredients, that I don't receive. Meanwhile the sticks were dry and hard. No one ate them. And wasted $13 on bread sticks that I paid extra, to not get it my way. There is no way to call and get a manager on the phone to explain the problem.The attached photo is the bread sticks that look like pretzels
