it took 14 minutes to seat a party of 3. we ordered as soon as we sat down and it took 1 hour to get our food which was cold and looked like it had been sitting out for a while.i know Saturdays are busy, and I understand the waiting time but people in our seating area waited no more than 20 minutes for their food and we waited one hour and 18 minutes.another problem I had was the utensils were stained and two had dried food on it. dried water stains I could brush off but two out of the three forks had dried food on them.our waiter didnt interact with us and looked like he would avoid us when we tried to ask about the wait.all the other times I've gone here it's been pleasant (weekdays/weekends) but today was very disappointing and I don't look forward to returning anytime soon.
Went to this location around 2:30pm. Sat down and ordered a Oreo milkshake and ice coffee as our drinks. 5 minutes later server told us they ran out of milk and coffee. As a restaurant that is open till 10pm, one would think they are stocked, but they weren't. Walked out and went to Panera instead. Customer service was also subpar.
The food and service were both good. We went here for breakfast. We were seated right away. Our server was attentive.but not hovering. She reminded me that my order included all-I-could-eat pancakes, which I declined because the meal was ample. We will return.
pancakes ? tasty and ready on time to pick up, that's why I give it 5 stars ⭐️. But the manager on duty is not professional at all, when you arrive there is no one attending and to pick up there is no one attending, but if the manager on duty is talking with 3 more employees as if they were at a party with friends instead of being at work, Hopefully this review will be seen by the district manager.
I give 5 stars because let's face it IHOP has the best pancakes across the board but I have always found their servers really hustle and are attentive. I appreciate the Manager's special attention since my F-I-L uses a wheelchair. Crazy busy at 11:00 on Sunday morning but overall great experience. Shout out to folks in the waiting line who helped us with wheelchair!
Food was pretty good... Atmosphere was nice... Went to Melrose park IHOP 2 weeks prior and it was dark and dank... I would recommend it...
Great food and great service. Had a new item on the menu, a pepper jack patty melt. It was delicious. Only reason I can't give 5 stars is for the lack of iced tea. On many occasions where I've dined here they were "out^ of iced tea!!! This time it was around 6pm! How hard is it to make iced tea and have it available for customers? If it was just once or twice I would understand some kind of fluke, but it's happened many times now!!
Its good for a chain resturant. The all you can eat panckes are a good deal. I prefer little mom and pop places but my grandkids wanted ihop. So , ihop it is !
This is the 3rd time o. This restaurant, the waiting time on food took over one hour, the manager not doing anything to organize the people on the kitchen, this is worst place for take longer to get meal. The waitress is very nice and friendly but kitchen and management is the worst. Hop anybody do anything to make this better.
Clean, comfortable restaurant with great service and prices. We were there for breakfast on a Sunday morning recently. Our food and coffee was served promptly, hot, and everything tasted great. Staff follows CDC guidelines, as do most customers.
