Worst burrito I’ve ever had. Almost no meat, no beans, all lettuce and cheese. The tortilla was falling apart. And yes it was cold because there was no warm ingredients in it but the spoonful of steak they put in it which was way overcooked. We actually had to wait for the waitress to finish her meal at counter before she brought us our food. Last time we will ever go there
I ordered a big burrito dinner with Pastor as my meat, a burrito bowl with chicken, steak quesadilla, and two chicken tacos. The burrito ? was cold, the rice was flavorless and the refried beans were cold and wet with zero flavor. My burrito ? literally opened up.The burrito bowl tasted like mush and I specifically asked for no sour cream and no guacamole and they added both. This was room temperature and unappealing. The only enjoyable part of this dinner were the two chicken tacos ?.Unfortunately I paid $35 for this dinner and I am so disappointed.I hate giving such a low rating but I have to be honest.
So I decided to give this place a try. Placed a order for pickupWhen I was checking out. I noticed a SVC charge. No where on there website nor a signage in restaurant was one posted. I asked the cashier and she told me she did not know.I will not return for that reason , food overall was great.

Food is overall great love the place been going there for the past 3 years! But not sure what happened their old menu and style of food was great it’s slowly gotten worse after the new ownership but still ok! Prices have Increaed a lot as well couldn’t mind them to go back down in the future but not likely!
BEWARE???This place is straight trash. What makes it worse is the management there. I went a few weeks ago with some buddies of mine and I ordered a chicken burrito with some chicken tacos. Let it be known I’m not the picky type at all. I’ll eat rocks when I’m hungry. I told the owner that the chicken tasted off and fishy. I said it very politely and asked if she could replace it with steak. Her response was disgraceful. She said “nobody else has complained about it so I can’t do it.” I was shocked by her response. As the owner of an operation, how can you say that?! The customers make your business!! It doesn’t matter if nobody else complained about it. I did and my friends noticed the chicken was also fishy on their plates as well. The owner is horrible and has no customer service. She is a disgrace and should honestly shut down her business. Absolutely horrible. Never come here please. You’ll thank me later. I promise you.
I’ve been going to this place since childhood and ever since their remodel and price increase, their food doesn’t taste the same. This place is like my home, I used to go here all the time; and literally nothing is the same anymore- not the cheese, sauce, burrito, guacamole, anything. I just want the old El Burrito back ??
This is the 2nd time re trying the burrito dinner. They’ve changed the red sauce and it’s terrible! Hotter than the green sauce! Don’t they know how to make mild sauce??? Won’t be ordering again till they come to their senses and change sauce back to mild. Pain in stomach from it!!
