I recommend this location, they are so nice and the place is very clean. Everybody is doing their best in this pandemic situation.
Been going to this location on an off for a while , guess they got new stuff , today I ordered cold matcha latte no ice , got half of the cup lol
Don’t like this place they are rude and don’t even try to make things easier for Uber drivers. They don’t own up to their mistakes and try to correct it. They have bad customer service. Like I ask for napkins…. But why did they give them to me all crumpled up like that???? And was told by the Uber driver for Uber eats that they were giving him a hard time. I’m assuming he was asking for a bag the food. And didn’t give it him? But yea he was struggling to give me everything. I told him I would go to his car and help bring it in. Lol I know it doesn’t look like a lot.And I’m not trying to knit pick. I’m just trying to let them know that they should be nice to their customers who’s ordering from them….And the last time I left a review about them on the Uber eats app they would cancel my order…. Purposely…..Instead of owning up to their mistakes and just trying to actually get their customers order correctly. Like I’ve worked in the food industry and have worked at a fast paced place. I’ve also worked as a barista and if I messed up on someone’s order I would correct it. Not hard at all. And if a customer left a review how to make the service better… I didn’t get mad about because guess what. It’s to make customer service better for the customers. And also helped me become a better barista.……..

My fiancé ordered a “pumpkin cream cold brew” but instead we received a regular cold foam and plain whipped cream, I’d understand if they didn’t have the pumpkin flavoring and just told us straight up. But they just gave it to us hoping we wouldn’t notice. Next time tell our employees to inform customers of low or out of stock items.
100% recommend this location!!! We asked for a huge (1,200 Munchkins) order for an event very last minute and this was the only location who accepted our order! I had called various nearby Dunkin’s but this location was up for the challenge :) The owner was super nice and even gave us recommendations on pickup times to keep our donuts fresh. We just picked up our munchkins and they were soft/fresh! Thank you!!! <3
2021: it’s always a hit or miss when you order. Something as simple as “small caramel ice coffee, NO SUGAR” will get done wrong. As of recently they mess up your orders A LOT. I’ve noticed new staff, but no change. Your coffee will either be too milky, or just done wrong.
I don't understand why the indoors is closed. Not sure how long it's been like that, called for stale ice cream. Morning line was long! Took 20 min
Restaurant staff is unprofessional, unsanitary and rude.Complaining to corporate is a dead end.Franchisees don’t care about the operations they run. 3 weeks, no response.Save your money and go to the starbucks down the street.At least they value their customer base.
They always Messing up peoples orders or they don’t listen to you when you’re trying to order.. never again….
