Run from that place. HORRIBLE EMPLOYEES, DISGUSTING STUFF, UNTRAINED AND UNPROFESSIONAL STUFF!Kid by the window was mean and disrespectful towards us. When I called.to speak to a manager they hung up on me- twice !!! NEVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM !! THEY SHOULD BE OUT OF BUSINESS !!!

When I get a banana split, I ask for caramel, and either I can barely taste it or they don't put any. That's my favorite thing about my banana split. Please fix this mistake.
This is a great Dunkin!! I've been to many where they mess up your order or it takes a long time. This one my coffee was made perfectly multiple times. I pre order through the app and pick up in drive thru and didn't even have to wait long even though there was a line like 6 cars deep. They definitely moved fast here. And super friendly too!
Actually pretty disappointed. My husband went their to get me a large hot matcha latte. My drink was missing most of the liquid before I even got to drink it. To say I’m upset is an understatement. I will no longer be getting Dunkin’ from this location.
This store has always been quick to take your order and fast to give it to you.Hot and fresh pastry, coffee is delicious.Parking is plentiful.Menu is large and easy to read.Friendly staff.
Today in Christmas day in the morning i order a dozen donuts . when i open it my work place. it was only 10 count.I called the place. the lady answered was so mean and yelling on me. she said hold on a and said she is going to watch camera. and she get back to me in 1 second and said i watch camera we gave you 12.the lady said her name is bava something. and the lady pack my donuts name is Michelle. And she hang up the phone on me. i called back 3 times they answer the phone again and still mad at me she keep talking not giving me any chance to talk. finaly i ask for my refund. Very bad customer service. I don't prefer this place anymore.its my neighborhood store also.
I asked for a cinnamon bagel with cream cheese but I got a long John lol , it’s okay I forgive Dunkin’ Donuts only because the cashier has beautiful blue eyes .
My husband and i got sandwiches. I got a sausage, egg and cheese on a croissant and he got a bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant, and the eggs were black and tasted bad. They also have always had a bad attitude and can't make drinks.
I went there one evening to order a Cappuccino Blast and as the blonde girl was making it, there was a cockroach climbing up the wall. Disgusting!Went there another time and one of the girls saw something and looked scared and I heard the other girls tell her to be quite.Something is quite off with this location.
