Picked up mobile order for friend. Waited a good 10 minutes for two coffees and didn't get the doughnuts they ordered. Only one worker visible.
Poor girl behind the counter by herself doing a great job while being super busy.. she was polite quick and a had a full DT at the same time... help that poor girl... thanks
They need to just close this one down. The lake st one is better. These kids have no sense of urgency, the place is always low on donuts, wait times are horrendous. Sad what generations to come are displaying for work ethic
Terrible service. First off they were out of almost everything. They even ran out of large cups. Second, they gave us the wrong thing and didn't even apologize. They also seemed to move real slow like they didn't care how long it took. Not going there again.
The snackn’ bacon is trash literally no maple sugar. Coolattas are all ice. Don’t go here if you want good food.
Worst Dunkin in the area. Ordered a cappuccino and received a cup of milk only.
Terrible service. Forgot to give half my order. The staff needs more training clearly. Go to the dunkin down the road. At least you get what you paid for.
I gave this place many tries and there always a but or something wrong with the order, or had to wait in the parking for an order,Today they just killed it, I ask for the sourdough sandwich on ham and the girl not with a friendly attitude more like smart @$$ , telling me they no longer served that, that it was discontinue, I have always ask for it, it has never been in the menu and never had an issue in any other DD. I will never go back, I will just go back to the one on Lake street and 53 , they are always friendly and I have never had an issue.
As if the child from two weeks ago didn't have a snotty enough attitude now this child Marie just lied and said there was no doughnuts I come in from drive through and a case of doughnuts. I asked the female mutt why she lied and she said those doughnuts aren't popular, that's not what I asked her lying tail.
This Dunkin’ is horrible. Everything from the wait to the service, attitude of employees, and the coffee is horrible. Tastes light hot coffee flavored water. Your better off getting coffee from the gas station.
