Very bad experience!!! Cashier was holding the line for too long. I complained since I was in a hurry to go back to work. The Manager told me that I should be patient and that if I don't like the wait, I should go somewhere else and not to come back here. She was very rude!!I asked for her name and she denied!Very rude and unprofessional!!I will never come back to this place!!!
Ordered from here tonight for delivery, which arrived 25 min after the estimate. Ordered 2 bowls, chips+guac and a side of Queso Blanco. Both bowls had very undercooked rice and we're missing ingredients. Queso Blanco was not included at all, but did receive a 2nd chips+guac for some reason. Best part of the entire order: the chips. Everything else was an utter disappointment, and this is not the first time this has happened from this location. Staff really needs to be retrained and/or supervised better.
To be honest…. It is the most unpleasant restaurant that I have visited, 1) they promise you in the images a full bowl and what you get is just a portion of the plate which by the way is too small 2) the quality of the staff leaves much to be desired, they leave you a feeling of discomfort and apart from that they look at you strangely if you speak Spanish….3) the quality of the food was far below what you expect for $25 I think they are doing a lousy job and honestly I do not recommend this specific place
This is the saddest experience. The meat was definitely not the meat the franchise approves. There’s no way the chicken in other Chipotle’s are so hot that it’s inedible. Ordered a kids chicken taco meal and a chicken bowl, beef burrito and all three were so hot that this was definitely Indian spices that were not part of the other chipotle restaurants I have ever visited. Be careful! Called the manager and he was less than interested in helping me and could care less none of us could eat this. Won’t return ! It’s a shame they care so little.
I was very impressed with the amount of protein the Asian guy served me in my 3 tacos. I would’ve definitely given them a tip but didn’t have any cash on me so I felt the least I could do was leave a positive review.
I love Chipotle, bit each day they give you less meat
They’re not rude but they’re awkward. I’d probably do a mobile order next time. Food is good though.
Horrible horrible ordered and everything wrong employees said they didn’t know what a burrito bowl was. Asked for sour cream and lettuces cheese only got sour cream and lettuce said no veggies and they still put veggies no sauce just horrible made everything HORRIBLE please don’t go here
Ok don't get me wrong, the people there are super friendly and very sweet. Especially the ladies. The guys don't seem to really care except for some which I didn't seem to catch their names. I go there a lot because y'all have great food! I'm giving you guys only 2 stars because the proportions of the food is ridiculous! I barely get any meat. Let alone any topping. I know for a fact that I can't be charged for anything extra except the meat and guacamole. Even when I ask for extra lettuce it seems to be a problem. I hope you guys can work on that. Thank you for coming to my Ted talk.
An hour before closing and they didn't want to make fajitas or chop more lettuce. Ordered a vegetarian burrito bowl so left with barely anything. Very reserved in there portions. Got the smallest burrito bowl I have ever seen in my life.
