I can't believe I drove to this location only to find out that the dinning area is close. BK doesn't allow no one in it claims to be open but doors are lock during business hours. Today is Saturday the 6th 8:55pm. Won't be stopping at this location any more. If I were you don't bothered to stop and give this location any business. Very disappointed at this BK.
I experienced the most rude incompetent staff at this Burger King on West Lake Street in Addison IL. It was obvious to me that I was treated as such simply because of my ethnicity. When I returned to the restaurant to file a complaint, I quickly realized the managment was the reason for the unprofessional bias rude treatment of Black customers. She was instantly rude and unprofessional did not even greet me as I approached the counter. It was obvious that my presence was a annoyance to her and she cared less about my complaint. Burger King, WOW

Bad customer service filled with mediocre food. Go to McDonalds is literally just across the street.
Beyond rude, the people that work there, and one of them was the manager. And the order was wrong. Three times through the drive-through, no success. Had to go in. spoke to the manager who was also very rude. Never again.
