We’ve ordered from Wok n grill for the last 9years since we’ve lived here and they have delivered to us. We ordered tonight for delivery and were called 40 minutes after I ordered and they refused to deliver because we are “outside” Twin Falls even though they haven’t had a problem delivering to us prior. And then proceeded to tell me that they haven’t delivered out here for the last year when they delivered to us last month. They wont get our business ever again!
Horrible customer service. 1 hour 45 minutes for delivery and it was ice cold.Spoke with employee after 1 hour and he told me it was on its way. 40 minutes later I called again and he was extremely rude.I'd like a refund but I don't want to deal with that employee again.
I have never had a problem with them delivering to me the many times I have ordered from them. Then all of a sudden they have never been able to deliver to my location and tried saying I was a liar that they have never delivered to my location. The lady on the phone tried to blame it on a new employee of theirs and said she has been working there for three years and they have never delivered to my location. So please tell me then if that is true how the hell did I order off your menu only and your food show up at my location without me leaving my house. I also know the person who delivered me the food that works there so I don't understand why all the sudden I'm being called a liar r about them delivering my food to my house.
Always amazing. Becky and Carrie are amazing! McCauley seated us and was very pleasant and fun! Thank you to everyone at wok n grill. Great food every time!
The buffet was slim picking for dinner time. Mostly American type food, and no crab legs. Buffet prices have increased dramatically, while selection and quality have not.
The buffet was delicious, the lady running the Mongolian added way to much water to my bowl and it had no flavor. But the buffet was absolutely delicious the service was awesome. We will definately be back.
All the employees were friendly and helpful. We had the evening buffet . The hot bar was kept clean, hot, and refreshed often. The cold bar was also kept clean and stocked with a fresh assortment of fruits and vegetables. The shrimp was prepared with great care and you had a choice of two shrimp dishes. Our new favorite place. ??
The fried chicken noodles are amazing! And the portion size is about 3-4 meals. However the fried rice is too plain, almost no veggies and only one fried egg. Fried noodles is a better value.
Worst $60 I ever spent … could have bought some great steaks and stayed home …. AND No crab legs
Sorry but my order wasn't GOOD! I ordered hot and sour sour and they send a chicken soup with peas carrots and pieces of chicken, and I called them back, and they said that was the hot sour soup!??? NO IS NOT!! My order was over cooked and ask for spicy...BUT of that happened!
