The drive thru was very slow when I visited, waited a good 10 minutes for my food and being the only car there. Granted it was a Sunday and maybe a little understaffed or something. Still giving a good rating because they didn't mess up my order (impossible burger) like another location did by giving me a regular hamburger.
This place has gone down hill. The floors are greasy, are fries were cold, they were out of most everything including strawberry limeade, ketchup, fry sauce. The manager was in the office the whole time. Another shift leader had to go and get a worker out of the bathroom who came out on his phone, we hadn’t even seen him while waiting for our food for about 20 minutes! Unbelievable, we will not be back.
The ladies that work at this location don’t know what they’re doing. We ordered a chicken sandwich a cheeseburger a fry and drink. They forgot about the fries threw them out. We waited 15 mins for new ones. They are completely unorganized and probably not sober to be honest and it’s not like it was busy at all the other customers also had issues and the workers laughed about it. They also said “Oh no I dropped the bun” looking around as if anyone heard or saw.
Amazing chicken cob salad! It was plenty for 2 to share or for some now and a snack later. It was super busy tho and we had to wait a bit, otherwise I would have given them a 5. I'll definitely be going again!
The food is alright, I definitely think they should cook childrens hamburgers a little longer. My son wouldn’t eat it after I ripped apart to see if it was cooked. My daughters was also really pink. The shakes are amazing! The tempura green beans are amazing also. I’m not one to go up and complain, just maybe for future references they should be cooked a little longer. Kids are so picky as it is.
A very nice place. The best of both fast food and casual dinning. The restaurant is clean and very relaxing. The food is very wonderful. Staff was polite and welcoming.
I came in on 1/27/22 and had THE BEST sandwich ever! The restaurant was very clean and a nice atmosphere and the kitchen was immaculate! The workers were all pleasant and accommodating. Thanks so much for an awesome meal and a clean place to eat! Keep up the great work!
Went through the drive thru- didn’t think to check our bag before leaving because it’s not McDonald’s..Burger order was incorrect when we got home, the fries were not cooked all the way through and we’re still hard in the middle, there was a container of fry sauce that had somehow opened up while in the bag making for a big mess. Plus, it took 20 minutes to get our order in the first place despite being the only car in the drive thru. Just a disappointing experience.
I used to really enjoy this place, but the last two times I ate here I noticed a peculiar smell to the food and got sick after. I did not order fried green beans but all the food smelled of it. Maybe the grease needs to be changed out, I am smelling of fried green beans after eating here as well.
The fried green beans were great. Other than that.......! Took forever and I was the only in line. The meat was thin and there was tons of sauce. I had to scape it. Not going back. This last time was your last shot.
