If I could give 0 I would.Since no one will contact me back after email review, reviewing via app and email to corporate I guess I’ll just warn everyone here. Found a part of a GLOVE in my kids burrito. Wouldn’t have noticed if they didn’t yell. We watched closely thereafter as they were not feeling well the next day to ensure nothing was ingested. We were so worried. Strongly recommend avoiding this place. How could an employee NOT NOTICE their entire finger of the glove gone?!

We came in town for Taco Bell and we waited 26mins in the drive through. We ordered our food and then left. 20mins later we arrive to our relatives home and half of our order was missing. My wife called and asked for a refund, they informed us that they could not refund us our money. After talking with the person on the phone for a bit, they told us that we had to drive another 20 mins back and wait in a 20 min line to get our refund! They would not allow us to skip the line, even just for a refund! Absolutely not, this is the 21st century you need to teach your employees on how to do a refund over the phone!

The people here are idiots, I door dash and every time I have multiple orders from them I have to wait in the drive thru for 15-20 mins then circle around to grab another order, same amount of time.. went in drive thru and they wouldn't give me the order..told me to drive around and come into the lobby which is closed about 95% of the time. Nothing against TB or the food just the restaurant here straight blows for ordering from them.

Today is July 5 and it's been over a week they've had a notice on the door that they are CLOSED FOR INSIDE DINING. Here on Google it still has "dine-in" with a green check-mark. Needs to be changed. I miss going inside to have a good meal. I do love their food selection.

Literally such great service. Several times team members who were off the clock (going into work or on their way out) went out of their way to check and make sure we had been helped. Also, Emily is the bomb! So cheerful and genuine!

Line in drive through took forever. I ordered what i wanted. Got to window it was not right figured it out before pulling out opened my food and it was still wrong after asking one simple request that was given to the manager. Apparently it was pretty tough and hard to understand asking for cheese which i was charged for but didn't receive. Kind of hilarious at that point so i just kept driving to my town where they can handle it. Sorry guys but seriously. I won't return.

Worst service and quality I have ever experienced at a Taco Bell. We spent about 15 min in the drive through, then another 15 min for the staff to correct our order. Staff were extremely rude, and even tried to charge us twice for their screw up! We will never patronize this location again.

I got a Baja blast freeze and was sooo excited but they only filled it half way so I was pretty sad since it was through the drive through. DO BETTER

Idk if it’s the owner or manager doing this but theyve taking away the Mexican pizza from their online ordering so no one can get there online free Mexican pizza. They had it like this since the Mexican pizza has came back out. Very petty of this Taco Bell location to do that.

Drive through was closed due to new pavement, not the end of the world....however the prepay consoles were both out of order ( seems like poor planning or really bad timing). Order was $18.62. 1 × burrito, 1 quesidilla 5 × tacos1 x taco with cheese 4 x without.Easy order.I received 4 tacos with cheese.This was not a staffing issue because I counted at least 6 people behind the counter.This was around 1:30pm and this location was less then medium busy.Just disappointed in the overall experience cus I wasn't having the greatest day to begin with so this was added BONUS!
