I can't say enough good about this place... love the shakes, love the food and the people are some of the friendliest you will encounter. Today I came in for a shake and asked for protein waffles. The gentleman at the counter informed me that waffles were yesterday (I always get the days messed up) but then, with a smile, told me he was going to make some for me anyway. Definitely a place I will frequent...

The meal replacement shakes, continue to surprise me. I haven’t had a flavor I didn’t like! And it is so filling. The detox tea is also a must try, I don’t generally like tea, but wow! Not to mention the owners, they really set the best vibe, and are so welcoming.

The owner was so kind. My daughter is younger and wanted a drink. She asked her age, and told her she would make the drink with less caffeine! So many options. Definitely try them out!
