Never in my life have I waited longer for a coffee. The drive thru with 6 cars took over an hour to get my order.

I ordered a trenta pink drink with light ice. The girl at the window filled my cup more with ice than with my beverage and continued to argue with me after I asked for it to get fixed. I stayed a minute asking her to fix it and she continued to argue so I had no choice but to leave and continue my road trip. When I finally pulled away she shook her head and said something rude under her breath. Worst Starbucks experience I have ever had! An absolutely embarrassing display of childishness.

Not sure if hot cafe mocha at this place was bad or my palette for espresso is better. I literally got served with hot water and some mere taste of coffee for the sake of Starbucks. Probably time to stop drinking from coffee chains.

Nice bueno pero falto color

Only went through the drive-thru. It moved quickly and our drinks were made right. They also offered our dogs pup cups which always make them very happy.

I ordered a drink, and they got the order wrong. When I told the lady she just stared at me, and acted like she couldn’t understand and ignored me. Rude employees, do not recommend.

This location changes their operating hours, and whether their lobby is open or closed, more than most people change their underwear. Just expect they will be closed when you get there. If you catch them open the drinks are usually great, it’s just unfortunate that you can’t rely on them to be open when they say they are open.

Just picked up my mobile order and started driving away to realize it was really light when I went to take the first drink. Opened the lid and it was fulled just over halfway. I poured it in my blender bottle to measure and it was 8oz short. I double checked to make sure I ordered correctly. Thinking maybe i clicked a smaller size and they might not have the smaller cups. Sure enough, I ordered a venti and got 12 oz instead of 20. I usually don't complain because mistakes happen. But that was way more than they could have just not noticed while putting the lid on.On a positive note, I was greeted with a very genuine smile and "hello" and the drink that I got was great.

If you are in a decent hurry do not stop in takes over 20 minutes to receive your drink and they like to hand out everyone else's drink before you get yours even if they purchased and ordered way after you did. All that aside they weren't even able to get my drink correct even after waiting 20 minutes very thoroughly disappointed

Multiple times their lobby is closed but the mobile app still allows me to order for in store before taking kids to school…. But when I get there doors are locked, drive thru is clear to Taco Bell, and they have disconnected their phone.Moms don’t have that kind of time to wait for 20 minutes in the drive thru.And the staff always seems super judgy and rude.
