The place was very clean. The food is not bad but not great. There is a lot of GF options our server Alicia was the best, very kind and knowledge about allergies and very cheerful.

Hello…went there last night (party of 3) specifically because of the the limited deal of $10 for burger + fries + drink . We asked the waitress about it so she knew this was what we wanted. She said something about needing to order a soft drink or tea as the drink to get the deal. I ordered a beer and of course was not expecting to get a free beer but because I didn’t “order” a soft drink she didn’t give me the $10 deal! The 1st bill did not have a discount for any of our 3 orders (the other 2 orders had soft drink) so she adjusted those 2 to the correct price but not mine presumably because I didn’t “order” a soft drink or tea. After complaining she adjusted that order as well. Otherwise I will say the service was fast and the food was good. Just don’t like the bait and switch going on here.

Food was good when you finally got it. The bottomless fries really are like a bottomless pit, just like it you never see them or the bottom. Don't say endless if you don't plan on serving them. When it came time to pay we had to figure the machine out ourselves do to the server never coming back. For the price we paid at the very least don't make people beg to pay so they can leave.

Our server was super nice and the food came out quickly!! We were starving after mountain biking all day. Restaurant is new & clean. Only bummer; they were completely out of ice cream so we couldn't tey their new pineapple upside down shake... ???

the food was amazing really enjoyed it.

The parking lot was nearly empty. We were told that the wait was 15-20 minutes. Arrived at 8 pm. 1/2 of restaurant was empty, so not enough servers? Seated at 8:40. On the bright side, the service was great, and the food was excellent. Ice cream machine was broken, but otherwise, good job!

Burger was way over cooked, and had a little itty bitty patty. Why ask how I want it cooked if you're just going to torch it anyway? Milkshake was kinda gross, too much chocolate syrup in it. I remember Red Robin being much higher quality a few years back. Maybe it's just this location.

Great burgers with good parking. The staff up front aren't very friendly and inviting. Upper management are on point though. It just creates a negative feeling when you're greeted less than kindly.

The Twin Falls red robin is by far and away the worst run Red Robin we have ever been to! Its a joke the people are rude and snappy and IF you get a table in the 40 or 45 minutes they tell you your lucky. Last visit we were told 45 minute wait the kitchen was backed up. Place was empty so I would have to assume that online orders are much more important that customers in the building. They are a ho hum restaurant in the first place so not worth the wait wont go back to the Twin Falls location EVER! Have been to many others that are run much more proffesional

Food was Red Robin quality, hot and fresh! Like any restaurant since covid, could have used a couple more employees especially a server. There was a person who was in the middle and definitely over worked. Took 10 minutes to get fry sauce and an extra napkin.. No reason to not return and enjoy. I'll just ask ahead for these items. I'm personally recommending you order the Hand battered fish! It's best in the world and I lived in Alaska!
