Stuffed crust, rubbery, thin couldnt cut or chew it without difficulty, lacked alot of cheese, half a** toppings mostly all on one area, other had almost none.the family square pizza , tasted old and hardly had any cheese either, didn't even put italian sausage. The bread sticks werent fresh made to order, cinnamon sticks were not barely with cinnamon either. tasted gross!
By far the worst Pizza Hut I have ever been to ordered online got a call about 10 min later they dont have the crust i wanted ok i can deal with that but trying to order a mediam pizza for 8 to 10$ turned into 24 the only crust they said they had was for the big dinner box waited 15 to 20 min to pick up my food. The girl at the register was rud and kinda snotty she told me it was just getting cut pizza came out she just put it on the counter then told me they forgot the bread sticks but just left my food sitting out getting cold and grabbed a broom and did her thing when my food came out of the over she just started handling it didnt wash her hands i asked if they had 2 paper plates she looked at me like i was talking in a foreign language i asked for forks for the posta she told me we dont have any of that stuff but i can see them right behind her i will never go back to this pizza hut again i will be calling the manager as soon as they open i do not recommend this place or the girl at the register you just lost customers i will be telling everyone i know to stay away from this nasty place
First time ordering on-line. Was very satisfied with the service, food. Overall great experience.
The chicken wings were hot and fresh! The pizza had almost no sauce. We ate at the restaurant, and couldn't believe how GROSS the salad bar was! G r o s s!!! I won't be having pizza hut again any time soon. ?
Staff was friendly enough but food was not what I had hoped and super expensive 1md pizza 1pan pizza and wings 48 bucks ouch
The manager here is not very professional I asked for parmeson and peppers and she said they were a dollar each I replied I remember they used to be free and she proceeded to call my boss and make false remarks that I was rude and vulgar I don't see how me saying that is by any way rude or vulgar you don't make false statements to try to get someone in trouble if you can't take a comment then customer service is not your true job.
Just waited over an hour for wings and bread sticks. All my food was ice cold not one bite of my food was even warm. Also I selected to receive text messages on the status of my order it told me, "about 9 minutes prior to calling the store it was on the way. Yet when I called about it it supposedly had yet to leave the store." But ice cold when it, arrived definitely not happy or happy I stayed up waiting for that meal.
I requested pan pizza and I ended up getting thin crust, they also barely put pizza sauce on the dough before baking it and there were no sauces or red pepper on the side. I also ordered honey barbecue wings and there was barely any barbecue sauce on the wings so they were dry. Their Pizza is one of the worst tasting pizzas I've ever had. I will never order from here again.
Pretty good compared to others especially there pasta but they only give you a little bit of sauce with your breadstix that's why 4 stars.
Pizza had hardly any cheese or sauce. It was the poorest pizza I have ever received at Pizza Hut. They are usually are so my go to source for Pizza, but if this happens again, I may rethink that.
