So slow.. one of the ladies doesn't care nor pay any attention to the order.. I pre-ordered my food 15-20 minutes in advance and when I arrived they still haven't started it.. instead of re going over the order to make sure it was correct she just had me pay mind you noone was in the dinning room.. and then when I got home my whole sandwich was wrong.. they completely ignored what I asked for on the sandwich itself.. and when I called to hopefully get it fixed willing to go back and pick it back up. They completely just disregarded everything.. please get better customer service. You guys have always been great.. what happens?
Man I love this place. Until today, Dec 3rd 2021. Horrible customer service just from person. Don't want to call her out, but I should so all other employees don't look bad. Short hair blonde. Not friendly, not helpful. I won't return here ever unfortunately. You don't deserve a penny from my hard work. Ill never know if she is there or not. So bad I won't take that chance! At least pretend you like customers. Fin!

Delicious hometown food. Due to some sort of extenuating circumstances of which I do not know the details, there were very few people working while there were a great many customers. Those ladies were working harder than most people I've seen, and while doing so being far more helpful, patient, and cheerful than society should have any expectation for them to be. Certainly had a bigger smile on their faces than I would have had were I in their shoes.
First time eating there and the food was pretty good. The people working didn’t really seem to know much about their menu though. He didn’t know the size and slices for their pizzas and when bringing out our food she didn’t know what any of them were. After we got our food, we had asked for something and the lady was stuttering on her words and said she’d have to ask and then never got back to us. They charge a surcharge fee that we weren’t aware of. Not a bad experience there but definitely not a wowing one.
First and last time I would visit! Pizza wasn’t even appearing cooked, cheese was melted and that’s it. Goes through a conveyer belt in which I think we saw sandwiches and pizzas on and so it wasn’t even tasty and presentable. Staff must have been over worked it was around lunchtime not busy when we were line then got busy. Not knowledgeable on food coming out (probably because couldn’t see any topping just cheese). Gave 2 out of the 3 children fruit snacks leaving the 3rd one upset and she said needed to order more meals, I’m excuse me we had purchased 5 meals a simple act of kindness wouldn’t have set the restaurant back at all…. Wasted $ and left so disappointed!!
Headed to Utah and just had to stop and get sandwiches! One of our favorite places and it was great seeing Sam, the owner, again. Sandwiches tasted just as we remembered from 2 yrs ago and the fry sauce is still AMAZING! I wish they bottled and sold it so we could take it home.
Just as great as I remember! Fantastic sandwiches and salads.
People were nice. Very friendly. Unfortunately one of the employees were clearly very sick. Coughing hard, very snotty, and looked like she felt miserable. I felt awful for her. She should not have been at work let alone the one making the food. What really shocked me was that she wasn't even wearing a mask or changing her gloves after she coughed all over her arm. ? I was going to ask for a refund but my order was ready before I could. We took it and threw it away. It was $50 and we didn't even eat it.
Love the Italian Combo sandwich. Have to have one whenever I visit Twin. Sad they closed the one in Logan. Need one in SLC.
