Maybe my luck is bad, but the last SEVERAL times I have been here, it has just been really bad quality. The orange chicken is always soggy, chow mien is all veggies, portions seem smaller, and customer service is pretty nonexistent. Its a shame, I used to come here all the time. Can't keep wasting my money on bad food.
I went in today to get my autistic son some Teriyaki sauce in the little packets because he insists the bottles taste different. Tyson went above and beyond to help me find a way to get them. Absolutely phenomenal customer service!!! Thanks Tyson!
Went through the drive through about 730. Waited for over 20 min for them to bring it out because of the teriyaki chicken, then I gwt home to find no teriyaki sauce for the chicken, no fork, no soy sauce and the rice was crunchy. Called and spoke with an asset manager about the problem and all I got was what do you want me to do about it?....REALLY?
Staff is super friendly but overworked. My complaint is that orders take way too long to get even when you order ahead. It sucks when you order ahead and arrive when it tells you to only to be told that they ran out of something and you have to wait 10-20 minutes. It almost always happens before lunch so I don’t know how they can handle the lunch rush if they run out of food before it even starts.
We order at least 3 times a month from here. We get the Family meal. Love left overs!!
Don’t trust the current 3.9 rating. This is a solid Panda Express. Good service and good food. Clean.Honey walnut shrimp, Beijing beef, chow mein plate can never be beat!
Use to be pretty good but not long ago they had my order wrong and when I came back they gave me a little attitude when I asked for a homie hook up for having to drive back, but really not worth it white rice not fully cooked found some hair in the teriyaki chicken the batter shrimp was good and all but portion wise is kind of lame mostly just rice ? and barely any meat I definitely won't be back though and told my friends they all said they've gone down hill recently hope you guys get better cause usually the food is pretty delicious.
Well.. if Rian J. takes your order ,be prepared as this young lady is extremely rude and interuptive..the food tonight was old tasting and spicy.. don't know if we will be back ..
Just awful always a long wait now they just close when they want seem annoyed when you order anything even though we ordered what they said they had and we have now been waiting for 18 mins in the parking lot. They just handed us out our food forgot the sauce locked the door behind them knocked on the door with 5 employees to just ignore the knocking. We didn't ask you to work there we were very nice and pleasant even though it took a long time. You should all be fired!
Awesome food! Always seems fresh. Just really don't like that your always out of soy sauce...
