Never fails that something is messed up. Drinks are wrong, missing food, wrong food, etc etc. I have worked fast food and understand things happen but for example tonight I'm only car in drive-thru and order is still wrong. 2 large Dr. Peppers and get Coke and Dr. Pepper. Order 2 cheeseburger meal and get just 1 burger. Please retrain the employees cause this happens every time we go.
Waited outside for over 30 minutes for my curbside pick up. I finally had to go inside to get my order to wait another 5 minutes just to get home and half my order was cold
Server was polite and friendly, wait not too long, but they were out of pies, coffee cold, and the ice cream machine was down (which it usually is).
I can't say how many timez I have to say NO CHEESE!And yet here we have cheese. 1 out of 3 timez this happens. They always fix it it. But still
Convenient location for us and usually pretty good at getting orders correct. Go there pretty regularly and they tend to be pretty quick.
I'm not a fan of fast-food, but this place is a new, clean, place with good service and hot food.
Generally a good store but low on man on man power so the service was slow
Long lines and long wait times. Food was fresh until I had to wait for my milkshake to be remade because I ordered a Strawberry but instead they made a Vanilla.
I am very un happy. I ordered TWO egg muffin meals. Got out on freeway NO hash browns. Meals come with hash browns.
Closing shift really needs to get their act together. The last 2 double QPS I ordered without cheese, and they got it right, but they barely put any onions or condiments. Tonight I ordered a Big Mac without cheese, waited forever and got one with cheese and no drink with the meal. They also didn't realize that I hadn't paid yet when they gave me 2/3 of my order so I almost got away with a free meal. Bottom line is closing shift needs to get their act together. They get the orders wrong and sometimes they forget to charge you. Can't run a business on that.
