I eat here often and the service over the last few months and subsequently the food has really started to fail. I got 3 sandwiches today to go and wanted pickles for each, and got no pickles, the McAlister's sub was a half sandwich, and the chips on the jalapeno crunch were on the sandwich and soggy when I got home 15 minutes later, usually they're separate so you get the crunch like the name suggestsI'm going to have to find a new favorite lunch place
Horrendous service the last two times I've come in. My first experience started as I walked in the doors and saw the staff in a complete panic rushing to and fro, the only place they didn't rush to, though, was the register, which I had to wait next to for about 7 minutes before I was even acknowledged. The younger girl who had taken our order couldn't muster a single muscle into a smile, nor give us an apology for having stood there for so long. I imagine word got around in the back that I wasn't pleased, however I like to think of myself as mature, so I moved on with my life. Not more than a week later I came back, and to my surprise my sandwich had someone's loogie drooling out. Never ever have I experienced service like this and I will be sharing my story with others as this location is toxic it seems.
The 1st time I went, nothing about my order was correct. I called & talked with the manager. She told me to come back in and we would get a complimentary meal and they did make good on that promise. I felt like the girl didn't listen to me when I placed my order the 1st time in the drive thru.
On my list of favorite places, and that list isn’t very long. Staff was very pleasant and kind, the food was amazing and very quick. I’m in ❤️?
With the high review rating. It was a no-brainer to try this place out. For as busy as it was when we first came in everybody was taking care of really quick. We got our food really quick and was absolutely delicious. Would highly recommend check in this place out

The food was pretty bomb. Zero complaints on the meal. Good prices as well.Service wasn't. Masked employees were barely audible. Especially the young man at the register taking our order. Couldn't hear a word that lil guy said.When our food arrived, it was slammed on the table and brought out one plate at a time. The server seemed like she'd rather be home than working.Then there's the music. Holy sh*t, I know we all have different taste in music but, this playlist was horrific. Probably driving the employees insane. Because I'd die if I had to listen to that bullsh*t daily.
Order 2 of the same sandwich and I got 1 cut in half in 2 different boxes. Nice!!!
Delicious sandwiches. They always have fresh ingredients and the meats are very good. The sandwich is a good size and will fill you up. The sides are also good but wish they had more.
Used them for our drive down to Logan, and highly recommend. Will take care of your group, label your food, and provide exceptional customer service. Use them if you are ever driving through town!
