Ordered a pizza online at 11:50 am. I asked for pickup to be at 12:15-12:20. I got here at the time it was supposed to be ready and it was not in the kiosk for pickup. I waited a little bit, as it was busy, and after 15 minutes there was still no pizza. I finally had to ask and they claimed they lost my pizza. I have been waiting over half an hour for one cheese pizza. Every single person that came in after me have already left with their pizza and I’m still waiting an hour after I have already ordered.
Bought 2 pizzas and a bag of crazy bread. The bread was so hard there was not chewing it and the pizzas the middle was hard and burnt you had to tear it apart to eat it. I live 25 minutes out of town was not taking it back. Plus I had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook the darn stuff.
I never give out bad reviews, and I hate the fact that it is to the point where a negative review needs to be made.There has been an obvious need for the franchise owner of this lil Cesar's to step in for months. The poor workers literally have no leadership and insufficient training. It is not their fault. The restaurant is filthy, the wait times are out of control, and Doordashing for them and ordering from them is a time consuming nightmare. I have had multiple recent experiences where after a 30 minute wait period I just walk out. Please improve so i can change this review.
The amount of time it took to be delivered was very unreasonable and to make matters worse my pizza was very burnt almost inedible I couldn’t even take it abart very well. If I could give zero stars I would. This place uses to be so good. Don’t waste your money here like I did. Will not be ordering again from this location.
"Hot and ready" now apparently means "half an hour"... and only after you ask about your order and force them to remember you. And even after all the waiting I didn't realize until I got all the way home that they got my order wrong. Instead of one cheese and one pepperoni, I got 2 pepperoni... and 5 angry kids. Will never go again. Ever.
For the most part this location is good. Mistakes have been made so check your online orders before leaving using the pizza portal. For the price it’s the price you pay. Overall it’s been a good experience at this location just check everything is my suggestion.
Good pizza and affordable. They need another one in Twin Falls though. Its always packed here.
Got the worst service as is… then I get home and get this!! Absolutely disgusting
This little Caesars is a gamble for sure. They're definitely trying their best but they need some help. That guy at front desk seems so stressed out everytime someone enters lol.
I orders a stuffed crust pizza with bell peppers, mushroom & pepperoni. I then recieved a regular pizza (no stuffed crust) with the correct toppings. I brought it back to the counter to point out it was wrong, and they offered to make me the right pizza, so i sit and wait for the correct pizza. When they show it to me I just glanced at it to make sure it was a stuffed crust, which it was, but when i got home to eat a slice i find that it has jalapeños, onions and all sorts of other toppings i didn't order. I can't eat onions so this pizza is pretty much trash to me, so i called the store and spoke to an assistant manager, and he had the right pizza made for me. I would double check your order before you leave the store to make sure they got the order right
