I thought Jimmy John's was supposed to be fast. When the guy got here he sat out in his truck for 10 minutes before making his way up to my house. He was kind and friendly but the service was slow!

Unfortunately they were out of Turkey. But other than that it was Good
literally the absolute worst service I’ve ever received in my entire life, as well as some of the rudest staff I’ve ever dealt with. they charged me, said it was out for delivery, and neglected to call me when I wasn’t in their delivery range. And when I asked them why they didn’t call to let me know or call and have the other store take over it, the guy, who is a guy I knew personally and doesn’t like me because he’s VERY bad in bed and I wouldn’t go that route with him if my life depended on it, told me I had to make that call if I wanted the help. stupid Harley ??♀️
If they ever get my order right I'll change my rating, but my last 5 orders have been messed up in some way or another. I order from them as a last resort if I forgot my lunch for work. They keep adding cheese or toppings on sandwiches that do not have them, or forget condiments, straws, and napkins. I would understand if it was "freaky fast" and they were rushing here, but they're no faster than anywhere else.
Great place, always sell me the best day old bread.
$9 for a 6” sandwich with more lettuce then meat. You lost my business. Never again
Friendly, clean, decent value & great food.
Food is always good. I hardly ever ask for delivery, but when I do I expect the drinks to have ice.
Today was the first time that I've ever eaten at this establishment. The place was clean and the staff friendly; which is the only reasons that I gave it a 3. That being said. I wasn't impressed with the food. The bread was so hard that I could barely bite through it. The sandwich was stuffed with so much meat that it kept climbing out of the narrow bun. I literally had to use both hands to keep it together. I was disappointed that i didn't get to choose toppings, veggies etc., like I can at other sub/sandwich places. Finally, the dining area was so cold that my husband and I were literally were shivering, and I'm hot natured. I love the cold!. I do not plan to return to this place.
