I am never the type to post a review however today was my first upsetting experience. I ordered my smoothie, she had made it into an açai bowl. She was very busy, seemed very stressed out.After gaining some courage I went back into her and asked if I could actually get it as a smoothie form as wanted, she charged me for a medium which was lovely. I don’t feel as if I should have gotten charged to get what I originally had ordered. She took accountability for messing up my order absolutely, however, I don’t think I should have to pay for somebody’s mistake.
Super awesome experience this evening, smelled really clean when I walked in and the employees were so nice. Definitely coming back!
We walked in and ordered a Peanut Butter Mood and Razzmatazz. Immediately we hear a voice in the back, a young lady named Essence, exclaim she has made 80,000 Peanut Butter Moods. I informed her that due to her significant experience it had better be perfect. She did not let us down. The personable customer service and expertly crafted beverages will keep us coming back indefinitely.
Tried Jamba Juice for the first time today. Definitely returning. Aloha Pineapple, Wild Strawberry, Savory Pretzel and the Savory Twist were all amazing. Hubby and I shared to taste it all.
As someone who works in customer service, I am always watchful for how workers talk to and treat their customers. I used to have no problems with Jamba! However lately, the workers seem more interested in socializing with each other than they are with helping their customers. I once waited over 5 minutes to get my order taken—mind you I was the only customer in there, the workers saw me walk in and proceeded to chat with each other instead of taking my order. They then took their time making my smoothie. It was the longest I had ever waited.One day I ordered a smoothie and found out that they were out of one of the ingredients. This is no big deal, I just simply asked if they could put something in to make it taste similar. The shift lead told me there was nothing similar. I asked if there was a drink that I could get that would be comparable to the one I wanted, they said that there wasn’t. It honestly seemed as if the shift lead either did not know the menu very well, or that they were uninterested in helping me out. I ordered a different smoothie that seemed like it would taste similar and it did in fact taste similar.Now, I know these are minor issues, however when you work in customer service, I think it’s important to ensure that the customer comes first and you help them out the best you can. I have not received this kind of service from jamba in a while, and have honestly been hesitant to go back.

My favorite is the peanut butter chocolate smoothie BUT they have been out of the chocolate almond milk the last 2 times I’ve been there. ?The employees are wonderful!I tried the Acia bowl last time I was there and it was delish!Stop in and try the chocolate peanut butter smoothie.
Slow, not interested in customers, unsanitary! They don't listen to your requests, the smoothies are more like drinks that are runny!!I have been coming for years but disappointed ☹️ they talk way to much and hang out in back while one person is working!!!!
The smoothies were excellent, but it was disappointing that a couple of the employees were more focused on socializing amongst themselves and others than providing quality service.
LOVE this place!! My favorite smoothies are the White Gummi, Aloha Pineapple, Caribbean Passion, and Strawberries Wild. Also tried the Island Pitaya bowl for the first time today and its SUPER good!! A very healthy breakfast on the go!! Love supporting this place!
