I went through the drive thru at 224 am to the location in front of winco on blue lakes across from money tree in winco parking lot I have never been treated with such disrespect. I asked for the store manager since I was so upset. I was told I could come back tomorrow during regular business hours. I also had the window shut in my face. What were they thinking? That I never worked fast food at jack in the box. I'll be calling the manager in the morning
The place only thing open on town at midnight. The folks did a great job and my food was fresh. Tip them if you can.
It's a typical modern corporation. The rating is by no means the fault of the staff, which is the only reason I gave more than one star at all.The food is... ummm... edible but not at all good for you. It's from wherever distribution center made as homogenous and generic as possible. The whole experience is cheap and meaningless. If you have the money, you should go to any other small business if your goal isn't just okay'ish quick, no longer low $ option to make you feel full'ish for a little while.

Worst customer service I have ever experienced! Rude! Got our order wrong twice. Tried to double charge us! Refused to give us part of our order accusing us that we already got it, when we didn’t. Had to wait so long by the time we got our food it was cold and soggy. Most of the customer inside were in there also trying to fix their orders. I will never eat here again. Absolutely ridiculous! The woman running it looked like she was strung out of her mind and was extremely rude. If I could give zero stars I would. Do not eat here.
Honestly the worst service I've ever had, my order was COMPLETELY wrong. I ordered over Doordash, I specified in my order that I did not want taco sauce on the tacos I ordered cause they are good I'm just allergic to something in the sauce. When I received my order EVERYTHING had taco sauce including my buger?? I ordered last night around midnight cause I had just gotten off work and didn't feel like driving or cooking, I've been calling them since I got my order and saw that is was Wong, I've been calling for almost an entire day and NO ONE has answered me in twin falls OR jerome!!!!!! Very unhappy. ??
I ordered online, and went to the location to pick it up, and somehow they didn’t have my order in their screen, and even tho i showed them the app and a prove of paying on my bank account they still refused to give me the food after waiting for 30 minutes! Absolutely HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE .
Prices went up as is not surprising as their costs are rising. Food was good but for some reason was slow getting prepared this trip. Love those tiny Tacos.
Great parking, good drive thru, the menu has a little bit of everything, but it's done well. They are open 24/7 and the perfect place for a midnight mini Taco run!
