Absolutely terrible service young kid at the counter couldn’t serve beer so he had to ask his manager to pour for him. Said manger was in bathroom would be out soon. 20 minutes later manager told the kid he was too busy and couldn’t be bothered. Ask again if I could get a pitcher of beer and he said the manger was too busy making pizzas. I witnessed the manager playing on his phone in the hall way. Most of the employees where on there phones, not even working. Absolutely infuriating to watch this happen. Can’t a guy just get a beer with his pizza. Needless to say I won’t be darkening their door ever again. What a joke of a pizzeria! Twin Falls needs a better pizza joint.
They have brought back the salad bar & it was quite decent. I do still prefer places like Pizza Pie Cafe but this place has been around for some time so you get what you expect.
I have yet to even try the pizza, but the service was poor enough to warrant one star. I just went in to pick up a carry out order. I had my hands quite full with my baby in a carrier. I went to the register to pay for our order. While paying the lady said our order was not quite ready yet. I said no problem and asked if at all possible if anyone could run the order out to my car when it was ready, I was parked right next to the delivery driver spot. The lady seem offended that I had asked for such a small favor. She said your pizza is almost ready. I then had to wait for the pizza to get finished. When it was ready to go I had to run my baby out to the car and leave him in there unattended and then run back inside to grab the pizzas. This made me really uncomfortable and could have been completely avoided had the host been kind enough to do the small favor of carrying my pizzas out.
I come here occasionally for lunch with a group. It's pizza and a salad bar. It is fair for 8 or 9 bucks per person. It is clean and well looked after.
visited several times over the last 3 years. Our family always eats here at least once per trip. great variety of Pizzas on the buffet. giant selection of sodas on the self serve fountain. great value and very good pizza if you like a medium to thicker crust. if you only like thin crust this is not going to be your favorite. If your not into pizza, they have a good size menu of other things you can order. good size salad bar you can get with your pizza buffet as well.
The service was great & so was the pizza & garlic bread. I highly recommend this pizza place over any other in Twin Falls, ID.
Nice employees, dirty environment. Cross contamination at buffet tables. Cold pizza and weren't willing to make anything fresh. Would not recommend
The pizza was great! Salad bar was fresh. Everything is clean. Worth eating there again. Price isn't too bad.
I'd just like to say that you get what you pay for.. Salad bar was SUPER FRESH!!! SUPER YUMMY!! We got a deluxe/supreme style pizza and a Hells Canyon Pizza.. the topping were PREMIUM, NO CHEAP STUFF, NO CORNERS CUT..GOURMET!! THANK YOU FOR MAKING A QUALITY PIZZA?
I've only had takeout, but it's much better than the big pizza chains. Good combinations of ingredients. I just really like the pizza here.
