We had stayed in town a while ago, under a friend's name, with a golfing tournament. As we stayed in other holiday inns around the country and realized your little one in Twin Falls is just amazing!! Not to mention Bayley and Kathlene at the front desk we're so sweet and kind giving us information about the town and even showed us a map to see the falls. We were so sad to actually see them in person and not have any water, but at last that is not their fault. We did have dinner in Dukes Grille, wich was suprisingly better than Jakers the night before. Those two girls Debbie and Jackey made the dinner experience so good and made some mean mimosas. We also had to leave pretty early in the morning and was checked out by a miss Sylvia who had made it easy and put us on the road so fast. We just wanted to say thank you so much for the best stay and amazing experience. We will gladly be back.
Overall a very nice hotel. My own complaint is that we called and asked if the pool facilities were open and when we arrived we discovered the hot tub was closed. We would have booked elsewhere if this had been disclosed to us. I would stay here again if the hot tub was open. Incidentally, I think this is the loudest pool that I have ever been to. It almost seems as if the room was designed to create the loudest and longest echoes possible. Yes it was kind of a annoying but it was also impressive at the same time ha ha
The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfortable, and exactly as I expected. Breakfast in the restaurant was good and the service was awesome. We had the kids suite with a king bed (so incredibly comfortable) and bunk beds. There was a PlayStation 4 and TV in the area for the bunk beds with a partial wall separating it from the rest of the room. It was perfect for us!
I've stayed here several times for both work and personal travel. This is a recently remodeled hotel. The rooms are clean and comfortable. The staff has always been friendly. There is no complimentary breakfast here which is fine when I'm traveling for work. The last time we stayed here with our kids (Nov. 2021) we ordered breakfast from the in-house restaurant. The food arrived at our room promptly and tasted good.
The room was extremely large and clean. Bed was perfect. When you walk in to the lobby it was very beautiful and clean. Just wished the hot tub and restaurant was open
This hotel was outstanding in every way. Great service, beautiful room with all the amenities you'd ever need. Super clean and very stylish room. Hotel restaurant was excellent and waitress was really welcoming and friendly. I'd highly recommend. Just wonderful!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Deb and the Chef in the restaurant are phenomenal- go out of their way to make your time there enjoyable. We didn’t eat anywhere else bc of Deb and the food - I can’t begin to explain how great the food was! Chef was super personable and we had a great time while we were there for a week. Thank you ?
Immaculately clean and smells good. The receptionist are so nice and friendly. The king room is big and they have an excellent room service. The restaurant inside the hotel has really good food! I recommend the hunter’s chicken and grilled porkchop with apple bbq sauce. They have amenities like laundromat, gym and pool. It was a great stay after our very long road trip that we decided to extend for another night. Room service is such a plus, very convenient especially if you feel lazy to get out. The food at Duke's Grill was great and the price was right, both Breakfast and Dinner!! We had the Citrus Grilled Salmon and Apple Barbecue Pork Chop for dinner and Eggs Benedict and Biscuits and Gravy, we regret not eating every meal here. Their water is filtered through a reverse osmosis system and chilled in bottles until served! The Staff is amazing, you will be taken care of!! It was wonderful to watch the regular customers come in the staff knew them by name and genuinely cared about them!! We are guests at the hotel just passing through but when we come back to Idaho we will return to Duke's!! The locals that don't know about Duke's are missing out!Our room was very clean and bed is comfortable!! We had a great stay here!
