Always got the drinks going on and one of my fav's to get my drink of the day. Fast, clean, friendly and from time to time a little chatty.
Dutch Brothers is my favorite go to Place for Coffee and other drinks. Was disappointed in the quality of my blended Chi tea drink. I think they need to go back to focusing on the order. then being perky.
I I ordered a 24oz iced white chocolate americano and what I got was some disgusting iced coffee/ tea mixture ??♂️I was leaving town heading to Utah so I wasn’t about to turn around and the lady had to walk it out to me because the serving lady at the window was having a friendly conversation with a customer for minutes while the line was stupid backed up.
They should be ashamed of themselves for calling that stuff coffee. Maybe they can sell that to the rest of the country but you should not be doing business with anybody from Washington that knows what coffee is supposed to taste like. That's the worst other than Starbucks. However honestly I only hate Starbucks because of what Schultz did to our Sonics.
Pulled off the interstate to get a caffeine fix and stopped at this amazing dutch bros. Upbeat and courteous staff with a great ear for music ? Thanks for making our day in Twin Falls dutch bros!
In the mornings they never actually listen to my order. I was at the window for 15 minutes trying to get my order I made them repeat back to me, and when it was wrong I didnt take it, they then took it to the back and just brought it back to me still wrong and lied when I asked what it was! the morning staff needs retrained!

Music is way too loud when the employee has to ask for my order. Multiple times means it's time to turn it down. Drinks have lost most the flavor I hate having to ask for extra flavoring in my drink. The cost of these significantly gone up. I feel like this is more of a hipster place rather than a coffee place.
