This place gets it just right. I always get the same drink, a small iced Kicker, half sweet. This place made the best one I’ve had yet! Staff was a pleasure, and super quick!
I’m not from Twin but am here for business. We dont have Dutch Bros in Indy so I had to try it. WOW. Can I say these are the nicest people I’ve ever met? So friendly. Drinks amazing. I’ll be back every time I visit!!!
I have yet to find a Dutch Bros that isn't awesome. It was Drink One for Dane that day so we had to make a detour on our road trip to the nearest DB. It was well worth the detour for the drinks, but the cherry on top is supporting the cause to end ALS.
Always a busy location but the staff seem very nice. Dutch Bros for me can be hit and miss when it comes to the drink as most places do but their coffee blended beverages hit the spot in the summer
Very irritating experience. No one communicates.. We lost our spot in line (twice) because we were told to move. We gladly moved because the other customer had paid first before us. Then the girls said we drove up in the wrong spot. AFTER we were asked, by them, to move to the exact spot she told us too. We come to this location at least 3 times a week. They made us feel we were in the wrong. My mom (who is on oxygen) likes to get Dutch Bros after her appointments from the hospital. Maybe have some more training on communication and less on what type of music you are going to play.I’m sticking to Java.
A great place to come to if you feel like getting your day ruined! Slow service and they have a young gentleman who will give you his opinion on your name! His exact words “im so sorry your parents named you that” in a very offensive way. Never going back to this location thats for sure!
Wonderful service, but why did the stop asking if I'd like to add a tip when I use my card? I never have cash so if they don't ask I sometimes forget.
