I love their food, however….. They increase their prices by 2.50 but Menu board still said product was nine dollars. Charged me anyway. I should have just said no. But I hate to think they would just give my food to somebody else maybe hours later. I think this business practice is plain wrong. If you can’t get your prices changed before you open for the day then you need to honor what is posted. Imo
Verry disappointed! I went to get dinner with my daughter on Tuesday night at 6:45 when I placed my order for the k bop they informed me they had run out of this item and were cooking more so I switched to the hot bop. They said it was ready to go. Then I pulled forward and waited. There was one n car in front of me that placed there order just before me and one car that pulled in behind me. After sitting there for 10 mins someone brought a pickup order out to another vehicle that just pulled in then went back in side. Shortly after he reappeared with a tablet and asked how I was paying. After I answered his question he walked off with out saying anything else and went to the car behind me and then back inside. I sat there for another 10 mins. Now 20 minutes after placing my order I finally squeezed out between the two car and left. I was not in a huge hurry but 20 minutes felt way to long to wait!
My bowl was messed up. I was given a coupon/card for a free bowl and they never honored it!! Totally unprofessional. It must have to do with change of command because former management under kali was phenomenal and this new regime is obviously not up to par. Someone needs to fix this place because it’s obvious these people are a cluster****.
Our first visit was a positive experience. The food was surprisingly good. The service was above and beyond. We had a very pleasant evening and will look forward to going back.
Made my first visit here today. I thought the food was quite good but the customer service was awesome. Very friendly and helpful when I explained that I didn't know much about Korean BBQ and nothing about CupBop. I read some of the other reviews and comments about heat are all over the place. One person says 10 had no heat at all and another says 1 was too much for them (scale 1 thru 10 with 1 being mild and 10 being hot). I can't explain those reviews, I ordered 4 and it was about what I expected. I wouldn't want to go 5, I don't eat hot food as much as I used to. Interesting why it's named CupBop... no, I'm not tellin', you have to go in to find out, lol.

Good food but horrible service. Today was the second day I've tried to get food but going thru the drive thru and it seems like maybe no one works there. I saw employees inside with 0 customers and while I was waiting for my order to be taken for almost 4 mins still no one bother to take it. I would always stop there about 4 times a week but not no more. I don't like wasting my time
We drove by several times thinking we should try it and finally did. It is really good.Huge selection of hot sauce.Not a huge menu but we had one of the bowls. It was very tasty and satisfying.We'll be back.
Very tasty will definitely return. Price is a little high but fair and the serving is perfect. Service was the best.
The service was great your employees were courteous and friendly.The food was horrible. To me it had no flavor I ordered the 10 star it had no spice. The only thing that tasted good was the apple soda I bought it sure help to wash the flavor of the food bowl out of my mouth.
