Cookies are pretty good for high volume retail baked goods. The service was terrible. I ordered using Door Dash which suggested to be there in 15 minutes. Fine. Got to the store, was never greeted, waited 10 minutes. No one asked me my name or if they could help. Store was packed with people waiting for their orders and they kept stacking completed orders on a table. The young ladies wouldn’t even look at any of us waiting. I finally called out to all for employees in the kitchen to ask if my order was ready … no, it was not. I paid $1 for gift wrapping, but I was handed my box with no effort to do the gift wrap. I was so annoyed I didn’t care. [Note for Crumbl management: I took the time to leave my review here. No, I won’t use your website to contact the store manager. Maybe have your store manager be proactive and use this app to reach out to me? The onus is on you to provide decent service and an appropriate solution, not on me.]
Got here and then sat in the store for 10 minutes before they decided to tell me that they had “run out” of the items to fulfill my order. It would’ve been wonderful if you had notified me of that when I walked in, but that would’ve required somebody acknowledging my presence when I walked in, and that didn’t happen either. And it wasn’t busy; there was exactly one customer waiting for an order and three (3) employees schlepping around.
Of course I love Crumbl for my self but what is the best in my book is that I can order cookies and have them delivered to do many family and friends that have Crumbl in their area!It's the perfect gift for so many occasions
I absolutely love crumbl. The carrot cake cookies and Carmel coconut fudge are my top favorites. Always excited to see the line up for each week.
Amazing cookies. Still warm. Could use a slightly bigger variety on the new weekly cookies but a great treat! Great as gifts for birthdays or anniversary or just kick back with some milk and enjoy
Crumbl cookie has the best options in town. The different cookies each week is something I love most about the company. Definitely would recommend to anyone wanting a new cookie place.
I’ve been here one time and I can’t wait to come back again! There cookies are so soft and warm, I wanted to eat half a cookie and ended finishing it, these cookies are that good!
Crumbl twin falls is my favorite place to visit on earth. And I’ve been to Paris on a beautiful summer evening. I can’t put the wonderful taste of crumbl cookies in words. But just think of the feeling you get on Christmas morning that you can have every day with eating crumbl cookies. The workers there are just so precious!! Dakota specifically made me feel so welcomed like I was the prodigal son returning after many years being away from my family. So tender. 12/10 reccomend.
The manager here is amazing! Not only do they put out a quality cookie, but they are very community oriented and give back to the community!
We love crumble and their service! I really try to go into their store and buy only one new kind to try, but I can’t. I have to try each one because they change every week! Well played crumble! The nice this is I can cut them in smaller pie pieces and savor them all week long. They are melt in your mouth when they are served warm, but they are still delicious a few days later chilled. Everyone needs crumble in their lives! ❤️
