We had reservations for a party of 10, but got there to find out that they had no room for us, and another party of 10 had already been seated. While we can't say for sure, there seems to be a good chance the other party of 10 snagged OUR reservation. We ended up calling another restaurant that was able to get us in on short notice. I won't ever go back.
If I could give negative stars I would. What an absolute horrid experience. No a.c. and the waitress was high on something. Never even entered our order after acting like a space cadet.Manager was useless and no help at all. Finally getting up and walking out. Boooooooo ??????will never eat at this chain restaurant again. Horrible place.
Huge burger! I can’t remember what it’s named on the menu, but it was over 1lb of meat. Not the best burger I’ve had, but it did the job.Mainly came here to get chocolate cake for my wife.
Love Chili’s new ordering system. The staff now have tablets with them so they don’t need to go back into the kitchen more then needed and they can place your order right then and there. I hope it is easing the stress for everyone. Food is always good and I’ve never had to send anything back in the 5 plus years that I’ve been going to that particular location
Good food , great service , menu has changed , still affordable prices. The new chicken fajita plate , and the three caso and chips is awesome ?.
I'd been here before years ago and it was always a great place to go. This last experience though was one of the worst restaurant services I had.The hostess and waitress were both new and didn't seem to know what was going on. We had asked for a table for 6, but were seated at a table for six, however they did let us put a chair in the walkway even though it was against the fire code. There was a loud TV on right above our table, but they said we could stand on a chair and turn it off.We had to repeatedly ask for our drinks, and after waiting several minutes for our food the waitress came back and said our order got deleted and so we had to order again. It took over an hour to get our food and when it did finally arrive there was no silverware. The server said that she would go find some, but after a while more of waiting we just went and found some ourselves.The fajitas came with corn tortillas instead of the ordered wheat tortillas, and the place in the bowl that should have held guacamole was empty. The waitress said that there had been guacamole, so it must have just fallen off en route to the table. All the food seemed pretty average and unremarkable at best.The waitress said that she would buy us a desert for our troubles, we almost turned it down though because we were in a hurry to get to a show. After waiting some more for desert it wasn't even what we had ordered because the restaurants freezer had broken and so they didn't have any ice cream.After all of these inconveniences I would expect a manager to come out and offer to give us the meal on the house, or at least apologize for the subpar service. I'd be a little more understandable if the restaurant was busy, but the restaurant was less than half full. I do not think I will be visiting again.
They didn't give us all our food. Second time this week a restaurant didn't give us our food. We did order take out to take home so I don't know how things are in the actual restaurant. I ordered my steak as medium rare and go well done. Not very happy with this place ?
Had some boneless buffalo wings and fries... For lunch wife had a short time and they came out quick with the food and it was great. Fries nice and crispy also
Our server, Bethany, was awesome. Even though she got busy after we got there, she still gave us great service. The food was delicious, hot, and fresh. We will definitely be back, very pleased with our choice for our dinner date. Thank you
This used to be my families go-to for a casual night out, but we may need to find a new place. The staff is always friendly, they have talented servers, and the price is good. But the food hasn't been great and the establishment always seems a bit dirty.
