Always my favorite quick lunch stop when I’m in Twin Falls. Curbside & drive thru are both super efficient, given how busy they always are.I’ve never had an issue, either food or service. I wish all fast food places operated this way ?

Fast food at it's finest!!! They really do make good chicken!! The salads are great too!!! If you like lemonade. . .on a hot day the frozen lemonade is amazing!!! Good customer service with a smile!

Rarely do I ever have problems at this location. Customer service has always been great and there has been very few times that something has been forgotten. Don't be intimidated when you go and you see their small parking lot full and the drive thru line is all the way back into Targets parking lot, they will get you through that line Chick fil A style, so fast!

So you reduced your breakfast by half an hour, you only allow one size for your iced coffee and you removed the divine being that was the bagel breakfast sandwich. I had ordered online twenty minutes before the deadline for the breakfast, showed up at the deadline and tried to explain to the cashier my order that decided that it didn't want to work. This only led to a kid lazily bring up his wrist and say no we are not serving breakfast anymore to the cashier and getting brushed off. Now 2016/2017 I could go in there for breakfast, have a lovely chat with the cashier and go about my day with breakfast because I could get a large iced coffee and not worry about breakfast ending until 11am. The Owner is a bit of a hypocrite himself and really needs to think about when he's having a meeting about a workers issues. Don't do it in the dining area, I really don't need to hear about the poor workers issues because it's already frustrating for them, but then you just kind of broadcast it for the public. That's humiliating, no wonder why your still hiring. I used to think this place was great, until I started paying attention more. I just hope you guys figure some things out because it doesn't look too great.

So I went Chick-fil-A today and had the best customer service I've ever had in my entire life. I was greeted by an employee named Cameron. And I just lost my softball game and he just made my day 1,000 times better just by his attitude and the way he said, "My pleasure." Personally I think he is way to good at his job just to be working in the front, I think he deserves a major role in this company.

Usually have had great service today.They were packed today, super super busy. Our guy taking our order was named Parker. Asked for a large meal to go, got a medium, asked for chick-fil-a sauce (doubled checked at the end to make sure there would be some), and had no chick-fil-a sauce. Also asked for no tomato, and had tomato.

Went to this location for the first time this morning (was super excited about it). Based off of my past experience with this company in other states, the customer service at this location was not at all up to par. I was expecting the upbeat, bubbly personalities but that is not what i received. They all seemed to be bothered, and annoyed like they didn't want to be there. And this was drive thru. I can't imagine how it would've been, had I gone inside the establishment. Save to say, I won't be returning to this location. Two thumbs down!

Great customer service but its extremely busy and with so many customers they still have plenty of employees. They need more cash registers up front. Food is fast and consistent.

Good is amazing as normal. I went through the drive thru and they forgot my orders of fries, so I had to go inside to get those. Then, after we had left a second time, I realized they had also forgot to give me my salad dressing. So I had to go back a second time. They have me a cookie in apology. But it was really annoying to not get everything in the beginning.
