Horrible. Customer service was severely lacking. The guy behind the counter didn't greet me at all. He just stared at me until I started giving him my order. Very uncomfortable. And then to top it off the burgers were cold. Like they had already been made for someone else. The only thing that was hot and fresh were the french fries. I like Carl's Jr. But this location needs better employees.
Late night wasn't good. Messed up order after an attitude was given due to a simple question about drink options. Seemed mad at us cuz we requested that our order get fixed. Their ONLY saving grace was the fresh criss cut fries! Won't be back to this location.
What great customer service! They were so happy and helpful! Gave us a free cookie and our pup a puppuccino. Definitely a place to go when in town. You don't get to see such happy people doing a good job anymore. So this was very refreshing! Thank you for the GREAT service and the smiles we loved it!
I love me some Carl's Jr. The only drive thru in town I don't have to pull up and make sure all my food is in the bag. They get it right every time!!
The breakfast burritos are on point! The food is quality and Pedro is awesome! This is the cleanest fast food facility and one of the cleanest dining places in Twin Falls. You all do an awesome job at making this a desirable place to eat!
Very good hamburgers. French Fries were very thin cut, so not so good. I liked I could get my own drink at fountains with a nice variety to choose from.Our wait person was very good, pleasant, and efficient. Tables were very comfortable and clean. The floors were also clean. ?
First time here. I really enjoyed the Carl's Jr location near my previous residence. These people were just as courteous. I tried my first ever Beyond Meat type burger because I had their coupon for one. It was OK, not sure I'm a fan but that certainly is not a reflection on the great service and clean restaurant I found here. The consistent quality and service between 2 locations 100's of miles apart must say something about the corporate management of this chain. Or maybe I just got lucky, who knows??? But until I learn different I'll be a regular at this Carl's Jr and I'll search out other locations when travelling.I have to edit; I should have given a shout-out to Elijah, he was the employee I interacted with and he was very professional.
Was very confused. March 1st(2022) I arrived to purchase six or seven breakfast burgers because I had a meeting with my crew and wanted to treat them. Carls breakfast burgers are everyone’s favorite. It was between 6:05 or 6:10 in the morning and the drive thru menu’s were dark. I turned around in my car and went up to the building to verify the hours as I thought they had changed. Yet the hours listed on the door suggested that they should be open. I tried looking into the kitchen and couldn’t find a single person. I couldn’t see any signs of life in the restaurant. It was very dark inside. I’ve worked in customer service and retail for over 20 years. I get it that stuff happens I totally get it. But I’m posting this review not to be negative but because this isn’t the first time this has happened at this location. I’m in management and if this was happening at my “store” or “location” I would want to know and appreciate someone informing me which is why I’m writing this review
$43 and change for some of the worst burgers I've ever had. Guy working the counter seemed like he was lost in space. Just handed me food and said "I guess this is yours." I asked if it had my name on it and his reply, "IDK." ?♂️ Gave me a straw, but no drinks, asked for my drinks and he looks at me with a complete blank stare like he was processing what a drink was. I'm all for cannabis use, but dude, pace yourself while at work. None of my burgers came with the onions or pickles, which were suppose to have extra of, and one burger came with cheese, in must cases that's a plus, but my wife doesn't like cheese. I will update this review when Carl's Jr rectifies itself.
The food is awful. It made us sick. Not what it's represented to be on t.v. The burger was cold, cheese was not melted, poor quality for the price.
