We called ahead to see if your dogs were welcome on the patio and they were. Once we arrived the staff saw us out on the patio and came and offered to take our order outside since they saw me with two kids, two dogs, and my husband hobbling around with a sprained ankle. We enjoyed the food and would visit again if in the area.

And again I am so disappointed with the quality of food from Cafe Rio… I don’t understand the 13$ price point for vegetarian nachos when there is cheese, beans, and a half scoop of sour cream and guacamole. I will be finding a new quick fix for nachos because I’m done with Cafe Rio. Over priced, poor quality, and poor customer service.

Café Rio is my guilty pleasure. Their sweet pork is the best I’ve ever had — it’s so addicting and keeps me coming back. I waver between the sweet pork salad (always packed and heaping with lettuce, pico, guac, and more), and the chicken enchilada (so juicy and satisfying). The food here is to die for and the pricing is sooo worth it. The portions are big, so each meal is like two in one!

I used to love food from this place. Ive ordered so many. Last month, I was starving and did online order as usual. Went in and grab my food to home. I started eating and found out that the lady put more than a pound of salt at the bottom. Thew up so bad and could even never imagine going back. It gives me chill when I think of there food as of that moment. Not sure if she did on purpose or not. Literally a whole bunch of salt were all over bottom without sorting it. Felt so disgusting. Used to love that food so bad. A giant Mexican lady prepared the food. I believed she got some tattoos too

Disappointing. The beans were old from mid day, the tortilla was not round but kind of an oval and the place was filthy. Tables not wiped down, garbage on the floor, spilled drink on the floor, and the drink counter had garbage and spills. Hadn’t been wiped down for a while. The parking lot even had garbage to be picked up.We were there at 5:00 and the place was not busy. There were at least 15 employees behind the counter. One employee was walking around with a rag and spray bottle, but only picking and choosing which table to wipe. We’ll be making the drive to Burley for Costa Vida.

Ordered on line. Usually they are great however this time the ticket was right but the food inside was wrong.. ordered the pork salad no beans double rice.. got chicken with beans

Food tastes fine but the whole place looks very dirty now days. It was not busy at all while the emoyees stood around talking instead of cleaning. The floors are filthy, super dirty around all the food, and a lot of the food looks old. This place is not well taken care of like it used to be

Got a burrito today. Had to eat it with a fork and knife because i wanted it sloppy. Which is fine. Whats not fine is the dead fly i found in the middle of it.Its disappointing because i loved the nachos. Will not be returning

There food is so good it's addictive. Fresh made in the restaurant. I love the friendliness of the staff. They always make me smile.

First timing eating here tonight and was sadly disappointed. I ordered a vegetarian burrito simply enough you'd think. Rice was under cooked and crunchy, counted maybe 5 beans, no red sauce on top, no avocado and they put cheese in it and I requested No cheese. Husband had a chicken burrito with green sauce had barely any sauce on it and all the chicken was on one end of burrito. He also requested no cheese and it had cheese. We will not be eating here again once was enough.
