Great food and customer service but do not place over the phone orders here. I called and ordered for three people and they gave me a wait time of about 15-25 minutes. So I waited twenty minutes and drove there to pick it up. I went inside the establishment and they said it would be a couple minutes more. But I waited an additional 30-40 minutes inside of the restaurant before getting another “it will be 5 or 10 more minutes.” People kept coming in and getting served before me. I hope they get more organized with their service, I still tipped but I won’t be back for a while. I also hope their parking gets an upgrade.
The lady at the window today signed my card for me and was super rude when I said I didn’t have an order already, she said “If you don’t have an order then you need to come in” meanwhile I have a four month old in the carseat in the back so carrying two drinks AND a baby would be extremely hard. She was just super rude and I don’t think I’ll be returning since she decided to sign my card for me, pretty sure that’s illegal.
Our sandwiches were very dry, including the bread, which tasted spongy and hard to chew. Their sandwiches used to be amazing, don't get me wrong. We haven't been in a while and were disappointed coming back. The meat was tough and there was no Cajun spice. The tater tots were way too salty. BLG used to be one of our favorite places, so I hope they shift back to whatever was changed.
Nice little joint to hang out with friends on a Saturday evening when so many other places are slammed and loud/busy.Yummy Asian salad, tater tots, and of course lemonade!
First time we ate their, right in our neighbor hood...food was very good especially the coleslaw which had blue cheese crumbles,oh hell yes....very good wait staff also (all women) need i say more.....
This is my son's favorite place to eat when he comes to Idaho to visit. It's a small little place with a pretty big menu. The food is pretty good to. We go there about 4 times a year. I would recommend this place for a quick little bite. And it's kid friendly as well.
Burnt lemonade. Frozen with huckleberry and ice cream. Amazing combo perfect for our road trip ! And the crazy bird salad was amazing. Really fresh. Stop by here for sure
The girl who works up front is a God send. She could run that place with one hand behind her back. She’s awesome! And seriously EVERY THING on the menu is outstanding. I haven’t had one thing that wasn’t just the perfect taste mixture.
You gotta try the ice cream if you like lemon!! Oh my yum. I could go back just for that. Neat seating idea. Definitely worth the stop.
Excellent customer service. The staff extend their hospitality to the customers and treat them as family. Good selection on the menu as well. I will definitely be returning.
