We didn't have a good experience with a to go order. I called them to tell them about it and they didn't answer the phone. It was on Sunday, So I called back Monday morning, nobody answered but I left a message on the answering machine for the manager to please call me back about a problem we had. I still haven't heard back and it's been 3days ....I will try again tomorrow I guess
Have the blonde hair heavy set lady that is the manager of the Twin Falls Idaho not be rude to door dashers when they come into her place of business.to get customer service to get customer's their food.Shr was very rude with me today 4/7/2022 at about 1200 to 100 pm it was rush hour and was just yelling at me.
I deliver for these guys all the time. Ive been eating here for over 12 years and they have this amazing huge burger thats the best in town. Great small town feel.
Breakfast here is sooo good. This is the only place in town that actually knows how to do eggs over easy. The burgers are great too. I highly recommend you try this establishment soon!!!
We wanted a good burger and hadn't ate at Burger Stop for a while.Well, it will be a while before going there again.We had bacon cheese burgers.First, we both had trouble eating our hamburgers. The lettuce was really wet and caused the bun to get soggy. Next, the buns were falling apart. I took off much of the lettuce and notice the hamburger had a weird texture.Also, I do not like eating a tomato core. This happens when tomatoes are put on slicing machine. The cook or person putting together the burger is blind and can't see the core is huge on tomato slice. YUCK...The tutor tots were good.

When you go, the food is hands down out of this world amazing. The bad side is the wait. That’s my only complaint. If you have 30 minutes to spare just sitting waiting for the order to be placed (like us today) then go for it. We ended up leaving. The speed is the only thing I think they need to improve on. Never have a complaint about the food.

So disappointed! This place was great 20 years ago. They had some of the best burgers in Twin Falls. I can't believe all that changed. Now this place sucks. The place is dirty,, you get slow service, and lousy food that's overly expensive. I won't be going back.
Awesome local burger joint. Good malts/shakes and great burgers. Can get a bit swampy if you get all the fixings, but not in a bad way.
