It's so weird eating here with multiple diners at your table. When we were there we had 5 people, and everyone's dinner came out at different times. From the first diners food delivery to the last diner almost 30 minutes had transpired. By the time our last diner received her food, the first person was finished for some time. It was so awkward being the first one given food, because decency says wait for everyone to receive their dinner to start eating, but after over 7 minutes, the food was cold and no one else had been served. One person asked for a beer, and the wait for that was ridiculous. And when the server suggested a second beer, he said yes, but by the time it was delivered everyone was finished eating, and it was awkward for him to drink it because everyone was finally done eating and ready to leave. I don't understand why it was difficult to serve everyone at the same time, we went early for dinner, so it wasn't crowded. Meh, whatever.

There were six of us in our party. We ordered and that went fine. Three of us got our orders shortly after. Then two more got their orders and one of those was wrong. We sent that back to be corrected. Finally that order came back corrected, but the sixth order had never come. We just had them change that order to go, because by that time the first 3 had finished long before. I feel if your serving a table of six people, bring the food out at roughly the same time, not 30 minutes difference. That was, by far, the most terrible eating out experience I have had at a Buffalo Wild Wings. I would not recommend this place, and I would give zero stars if possible.

I used to love going to the Twin Falls location, but last night I had the worst experience I've ever had at a restaurant. It took almost 2 minutes for the hostess to stop talking to the other one and finally acknowledge me standing there. When I asked if I could sit outside she rolls her eyes and looks at the other hostess and after a long pause she says yes. I wait almost 15 minutes and nobody comes out to even ask if I want anything to drink. I walk in and see if there is room at the bar and walk back outside. It takes at least another 5 minutes for the waitress to come out. She tells me they are out of the first drink I order and then the second. And then she comes out a third time to tell me the same exact thing she just told me a few minutes before about the drink I ordered not being available. She does not come back out again. After at least another 10 to 15 minutes I had to walk away. I can't believe I was treated this way. I understand if you're busy, but it shouldn't take over 40 minutes for me to get a drink that never actually comes.

This BWW has it's hits and misses, but the management is always on point. Ordered online and noticed there was a price discrepancy after I got purchased, the website showed a lower price on the bundle item than what we were actually charged, my husband brought it to the staffs attention during pick up, and they had a manager come take a look, he was super nice about the whole thing and gave us some mozzarella sticks on the house since they were not able to adjust it without cancelling the entire purchase and re-charging us. All in all this BWW is one of the better locations.

Although the fried pickles were pretty good and the waitress was friendly, the wings I got were pretty disgusting (Parmesan garlic and sweet bbq); I couldn't even eat 1/2 of them, but nothing was comped. Also my partner's wings were 1/2 the size of mine (both were boneless) and took forever to come out.

We hadn't been here in a long time and I'm glad we finally made it back. Our food was excellent! Our server was attentive and friendly even though she seemed to be really busy. Our meal was reasonably priced and worth every penny. We will be back soon!

Ordered the 15&15 bundle and drove 20 minutes to pick up. Got home only to find there were no boneless winds and only 7 of the traditional in order. No fries as advertised with order. Had to drive back and return order. Took over an hour and a half so just stayed to eat while there. Not a good experience.

We like the wings, but they’re are definitely going down in quality, especially the boneless ones are shrinking. When we order online. About half the time there is something wrong, we are missing part of our order, often the sauces, sometimes things like wedges or other side orders.

I try to be very patient and understanding when going out because my s/o has been in the restaurant industry for 15 years. However, I was very disappointed at our experience here. I had to keep reminding our server about drinks she had forgotten, not getting silverware or napkins and waiting until our food was almost cold. When the server finally brought our refills, she touched my straw and moved it to my new cup. That’s just unsanitary considering their hands are everywhere. My biggest pet peeve is the food runner/servers dropped off our food and couldn’t even ask if we needed anything such as napkins, condiments etc. Just took off without saying anything. It took over 30 minutes to drop off the check and get checked out. Lastly, For the manager on duty, it was upsetting to see them walk around on their phone while their staff is going down. To help improve their service, the manager could have offered to help run food, refill drinks, and just overall check on tables. Time management is just not a priority here.

Some times , a restaurant name is not enough to enjoy a decent meal ; today was that occasion.Super salty food, missing items ordered , missing drinks, missing fries, missing forks for the salad, no napkins… oh well ; on top of that terrible aditude from who is supposed to attend you when you order.
