The service here was excellent. My wife changed her order after we had paid and they didn't upcharge us. They just changed the order and got it done for us. Thank you Artic Circle!
This was the absolute worst fast food experience I have ever encountered! My family of 4 waited 30 minutes for our food and then several items were missing! Once we received everything it was cold and tasted like it had been sitting on the counter for hours. I ordered the halibut sandwich that they didn’t bother to even put the lettuce on! Very dissatisfied!
I don’t usually leave reviews and the only reason it’s 2 stars is because usually this is my favorite Arctic to go to. They are always happy and never mess up my order, but The lady working the drive thru 4/5/22 wasn’t very friendly from the beginning. As she hands me my bag of food she doesn’t say anything and just immediately just turns around and walks off. I wasn’t even able to say if I wanted sauces or anything. So I sat there until the guy working comes up and asked if I needed anything. I said yes white sauce. He was nice and went and got me some. I know people have bad days. We all do, but if you can’t stand customers, don’t be in customer service.
I stopped on my way out of Twin Falls use the restroom and tried to order food. I stood in the lobby for over 5 minutes waiting for somebody to come to the counter to take my order and no one ever showed up I could have stole anything I wanted I not one person to be seen anywhere in the building st run out back doing something. I
Cheeseburgers were cold, cheese curds also cold not very happy with food
everybody is always so nice to me there, and the food never disappoints

I usually like Arctic Circle and have never had a bad experience but at this location I did. The hamburger I had made me ill and see milkshake was not up to their usual standards. There are other restaurants nearby that are much better
There is some labor issues and quality problems at this location. I get it that labor is hurting every business but that doesn't make it any less annoying for me. I feel less guilty about eating fast food occasionally if I walk to the restaurant, 1.4 miles one way. But it's very awkward to walk thru the drive-in so I backtrack to Culvers which always seems to have full staff on duty. Thursday, 10/14 I stopped on the way home in my vehicle and got the Pastrami and Swiss Combo which I normally love but I found it's a lot better when it's hot. I started eating the fries on the way home and found they not only weren't hot, they weren't even warm. Room temperature is the best description. There was no one in the dining room, which was now open and I was the second car in line. I have no idea how they could serve cold food under these circumstances. It must have been an order that someone drove off without. The people are always courteous so I give it an extra star but I don't see me returning under these conditions because the service at Culvers is also always good and the quality of food is consistent.
Great food, fast and very friendly service! Had a great meal!
