Recently, it's like a different restaurant. The food tastes different, it's not very clean, and the service is no longer good. It's a shame because we were customers for 20+ years. I sent a couple of emails to the website contact info but never recall response.Maybe something will change. We'd love the old 9 Beans back.
Good food. It's best when they make the food with their authentic tortillas homemade. Sometimes they don't use the homemade tortillas. I don't know why that is. The hot salsa is the best. It's a red salsa and it has the most flavor by far. If you like authentic Mexican get red salsa with your rice, light beans, cilantro and sour cream burrito.
Went here for breakfast burritos, ordered 3 Machaca egg potato cheese burritos. When I got home we discovered that they had failed to put the meat in the burritos, I then called the store and was basically called a lier by woman I spoke to. I was told the manager was to busy to take my call. Then I was told they would do nothing for me. Won't be going back
I like their burritos with option of meat with rice or beans. But, they can't seems to get it right every time we ordered one without beans since I'm taking it to work. ? Also, they could use some training on customer service with great attitude and smile. Not to mention getting the order right.
Good food but they don’t pay attention to people coming through the drive thru. Had to wait about 10 minutes just to get someone to ask for our order.
They didn’t fold my burrito properly gave me old chunky salsa that wouldn’t come out of the container when I went for a refund they were extremely rude about it. They had me put my card in the reader for the return and charged me another six bucks when I wanted a refund on that they told me I had to bring in the item which they never gave me. It was my favorite restaurant for years but I will never come back. I didn’t even get one apology the entire ordeal.
Food is delicious and fair priced, but the customer service is poor. They always give me the impression that I am wasting their time by being there.
I love this place but lately I haven't been happy with them, they keep messing up my orders I go back in to let them know and turn around and charge me for the side when, I wanted the WHOLE PLATE in the first place, this is just today's incident, please get better customer service!
We always are full and happy after we come here. Best breakfast burritos I’ve ever had! 10/10!
Nice sized burritos for the price. Also very tasty.
