I was in town visiting a friend and she suggested we go to Zip's. She had a plain double cheeseburger and I had the shrimp & fry basket. What a waste of $12. Overcooked shrimp that I believe were fried twice to warm them up. They were super greasy and bitter tasting.You could tell the fries had been sitting around for a while, they were chewy and tough. Super disappointed. I won't be back. My friend's burger was pretty good, thankfully she was willing to share.
We LOOOVE zips! I love that their kids burgers are the same size as the regular menu, I like how much fries they put in the bag, their fry sauce is the best in town, and they usually have such kind staff!However, we went there yesterday (Sunday February 13th) and the girl who took our orders was rude, and when we got up to the window, she was rude, when she gave us our food, before we could say thank you, she slams the window shut ? we definitely choose to eat places where we feel wanted and welcome.
Pretty friendly staff. Great menu. Happy hour every day startimg at 2:00 pm, on tubs of fries, except for sataurday ?
Customer service was okay went after the lunch hour on a Wednesday they forgot my order burger and fries waited 15 minutes inside for a sit down
Had an absolutely excellent experience tonight. I asked a couple questions and Shane came through in spades. Not only was he pleasant and highly knowledgeable, but he made an excellent recommendation and I will be back to try it, and hopefully be served by him again. Give that man a raise, he is killing it on team Zips.
Zips is the only place you can eat that you can always count on always being good!
I waited in the drive-thru last night around 5:45pm, for about 15 minute from the time I ordered at the board to getting my food. Only one car was in front of me, and nobody behind me. I ordered 2 small fry's and 1 large. All of my fry's were cold, like not even warm, they were cold. I tried to call the store to make them aware of this, but didn't get an answer. I wanted to turn around and go inside but I was already running late for my great aunts memorial service. If your hungry and wanting something hot or at least warm to eat, skip this place.
Tried to rip me off on a meal tonight. I looked at menu prices before I left. The employees tried to make it right, but I feel like this happens a lot here. Employees looked high as kites
The managers of Zips on Seltice are wonderful. They make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order. The food is excellent. This is my number 1 place to get fast food
I’ve been going to Zips for years. I usually get the Wrangler and it is usually good. However, tonight, my friend and I were craving fish and chips. The menu says 5 pieces and shows nice, large fish fillets with fries. So that’s we ordered. We got home and what we got was 3 small fish nuggets and one that I would call a crumb of fish. We definitely did not get what was advertised and at almost $10 per order, we are very disappointed. We could have ordered a tub of fries for much less money and would have basically got the same thing. Photos attached show what we got vs what is advertised on their website.
