Greasy, fast, reasonably priced. Love it
Never did get my food after waiting 20 minutes for a to go order, they refused to give my money back. So I left. I wouldn't advise anyone to spend their hard earned money at this zips.
Good food. I like the big zipper and bucket of fries.
Staff was working hard in a busy day and we enjoyed the food and our time there.
Friendly staff and fresh food. I love the tots and chicken bacon swiss sandwich. Yum! ?
Went through the drive thru tonight. They tried to over charge me by $2 on a burger. Then tried to tell me that if they put my order in the way I order it it was going $4 more for them to add bacon to a single hamburger no cheese! So instead of the $3something it should have be they tried to charge me almost $5! After I told them forgot it take that burger off and just give me the basket of chicken I order. They didn't give me all the sauce that comes with it and told me when I questioned them again that I was permanently band from ever ordering there again! Not once did I yell or cuss at them. But to ban a customer for questioning the shady stuff you are doing is completely unprofessional! I will gladly not be back and will never recommend such a poor company to other people!
Don't eat at this place they are trash who treat there employees like trash. I have been in several times when they were more worried about cussing at employees instead of helping customers there Regional manager is a joke who will blame everyone but his son for wrong doings and there gm is no better I used to love this place but will drive into town to that zips instead.
Horribly slow service. Placed my order online at 11:20 am to be picked up at 11:35 am. When I got there at 11:35 my order wasn't ready and it took the very slow staff till 11:48 to get my order out. I was late back to work and will never return here again. They weren't busy by the way.
It was good but they always mess up my order. It's OK cause I like it there. I will return.
Good food, consistent, but exceptionally poor service. New workers all the time, they mess up orders, give incorrect change and take forever. Used to really like these guys but they have gone downhill, Big Time!!!
