Wendy’s used to be our favorite place. But lately they are messing up every time. Forgetting blue cheese on their apple pecan salad, onion rings on their bourbon bacon burger, chili and chips with a taco salad, etc. We called about the missing chili and they said they would mail out a replacement coupon. That was months ago and we have received nothing. Won’t bother calling them back anymore. Sadly we’ll just have to take our business elsewhere.
Ordered 2 bacon crescent and got 2 sausage. 2nd time this has happened. Employees needs to pay more attention to orders.
Just went there tonight for dinner. We ordered a new spicy hot crispy chicken sandwich no bacon and a number 6 plain. Got home and we had 2 double cheese hamburgers with bacon ??. So I called only to have the manager ask me to come back tonight or he will mail a coupon to me wth? I just worked a long day, I am tired and don't want to run back and what good is a lousy coupon going to do. Avoid this Wendy's and go to the one in CDA! It's way better. Worst experience ever at a fast food restaurant.
I just went to this Wendy's on way home from work. Exhausting stressful day and just wanted my number 6 plain. My hubby ordered a new hot crispy Chickem sandwich with no bacon meal. we get home only to find we have 2 double cheeseburger meals with bacon ???. WTH Wendy's? nowhere near what we ordered. So I decided to call them. The man asked me if I could come back tonight. No I can not. I am exhausted and just live to far away to just come back. So then he says he can send me a coupon! Are you for real? A Coupon? Couldn't even eat the food they gave us as it was a greasy mess. Worst experience and service ever. Won't be going back and will be telling everyone to go to the one in CDA. This place isn't worth it.
I was greeted by Tamara,(Tami) with a friendly smile and a "welcome to Wendy's"... She efficiently took my order and my order was delivered to me hot and fresh. Like my review of the Wendy's in Coeur d'Alene stated, Wendy's has by far the cleanest fast food restaurant out there. And this Wendy's is no different. I was blessed by my encounter at this Wendy's and expect to return again soon. I would also promote uploading the app and benefiting from the discounts that go along with that
No matter the time of day, they don't miss. Fries always come to me hot and crispy and the burgers are never cold. This is my favorite stop for a bite (the $4 and $5 deals are great)! Though on occasion they miss an order of fries if you're feeding more than one, so make a habit of checking before you leave.
My 6 piece only had 5 (for myself) and the 4 piece in the biggie bag (for my dog, the nuggets) only had 3. :( Otherwise it was good food. Easy ordering. I am not too good at ordering in drive thrus so maybe something happened.
Bait and switch here, they include a card with a qr code to download and use their app, says breakfast half off for all of March, then when you order on the app, it charges full price. Employees say they can't help and are not trained on the app, and that I have to call corporate? Whatever, I came here for breakfast EVERY DAY before this, but will not return again. Lame
Wendy's is my favorite. Good customer service, clean building. They put mayonnaise and tomato on my burger. The receipt confirmed I did ask for a mayonnaise and tomato free burger. But amazingly enough I survived and I can't wait until I can eat more Wendys. Love it!
it really depends on the franchise owner and location on if the store is 2 stars or 5 stars.This store is 5 stars due to the friendly and helpful staff and the cooks in the back actually having concern for the food more than concern for the $$$$.
